Naruto is all about endurance and raw power, Sasuke is about misdirection, outplaying/outsmarting his opponents, and having a bunch or highly specialized gimmicks. He most definitely has his raw power, with things like Susano for defence and chidori for attack, but when you look at things like his genjutsu, rinegan and some other sharingan abilities it is clear that raw power isn't his forte.

No, he got angry because it showed he was still a far cry from being strong enough to beat Itachi. If he was just angry out of plain jealousy, he would have murdered Naruto after their first battle in the Valley of the End when the blondie was unconscious... which didn't happen since he had no grudge against him. If he was, he would not have tried to run away with Orochimaru in the first place, but turn around and murder Naruto and the other genin who went out to save him. Even in their last battle in Shippuden, Sasuke only fought him because he understood it was necessary to impose his envisioned world order to end wars, not out of any grudge. The two instances he had a chance to kill Naruto & didn't go through with it was their first time at the valley of the end (in which Naruto actually could've killed Sasuke, but didn't to prove a point) and when they raided Orochimaru's hideout (in which Naruto didn't even show up to fight) but he didn't kill Naruto mainly to prove a point to Itachi. Why didn’t kill Naruto before he got all that nature energy? Why didn’t he Kirin Naruto after they treated that thunder cloud? Why did Sasuke have that long monologue about being his friend before swinging that last plain chidori? Because he was conflicted on killing his best friend. And if you believe that Sasuke really went for the kill then you have to realize how nerfed he was. The writers literally made Sasuke forget how wide of an Arsenal he had. But Sasuke entered the fight more fatigued than Naruto. No one mentions this but the Kurama that Naruto fought in the war with got extracted and replaced with Kurama’s other half so that wasn’t a factor. Sasuke used tailed beasts chakra for 5 minutes. Naruto used tailed beasts chakra for the entire fight. Plus the chakra Sasuke stole was Kurama’s. Not Naruto’s.

Sasuke literally trapped all the bijuu and was absorbing their chakra continuously to maintain his juiced up susanoo. Naruto doesn't have most of the bijuu chakra, in the final battle, he had half of Kurama and a small piece of all other bijuus while sasuke had everything else.
