The NASM CES course isn't NASM's main certification, their CPT course or their Certified Personal Trainer course is.
This corrective exercise specialist course is most likely their best continuing education course though, and many people have a hard time studying the material since it's a bit more complicated compared to NASM's other material.
In this video I hope to simply break down many of the things that you should know in order to pass the CES or corrective exercise specialist exam. This video isn't meant to replace the CES course, but it is meant to be used as a tool to better understand the material.
