This IS HOW excited and informative all trainers should be. Thank you for representing your craft.

The blueprint to success. As a fitness trainer corrective exercise is the selling point . It’s not all about weight training and cardio. It’s correcting years of muscular imbalances and educating the person. This video is everything that is needed.

How about fixing compensations like *‘Scapular Elevation’* and *‘Head Juts Forward’?* How would you correct these compensations? Thank you for these ‘quick fix’ videos btw. I like that they’re short and to the point. Please keep making more of them :)

Great video. question though, if I discover imbalances on either frontal view and and side view the Ces chart has multiple muscles in each box that might be either overactive or underactive. How do I figure out either to stretch or strengthen the muscle. Should I just start of with the overactive muscles and proceed to then strengthen them. also, when ever you have upper and lower imbalances which ones should we take on first to correct . Thanks

Overactive muscles need to be rolled and stretched. Underactive muscles need to be strengthened. As far as having both upper and lower body distortions, I would either start with whichever is worse, or I’d work on both

Actually, Yamuna Body Rolling has an excellent and effective routine for releasing the psoas and the iliacus using a ball.
