Nice vid again. I hope Tool brings out an album this year but for all i know it might take another 5 years.

Seems like it will be released in April according to recent publishings. I'm not the biggest fan of Tool but will certainly listen to it once its finally released!

DoomFace same here. I like most genres but tool isnt really my thing. Eluveitie, judas priest, gojira, cannibal corpse, iron maiden, metallica and megadeth are all right up my alley. My favorite band is probably Sabaton or eluveitie or gojira or judas priest. I cant choose. Ever seen anything more diverse? Like infant anihilator and bullet for my valentine as well. Only thing i dont really like is black metal. Wait no i like behemoth soooo. I just seem to like good music.

A fine selection and great taste! If you like Eluveitie, you might like the first band I mentioned in this video :) Also, Eluveitie and Sabaton are both playing at Bloodstock Festival this year. Check out that line up!

DoomFace i live in the netherlands so i dont really have an oppertunity to go to bloodstock. There are like two decent concert per year here. Thats what happens if u live in a small country. I could drive from one side of the country to the other in 2 hours.

Definitely. Would most likely have included it in the video if I gave it more of a listen. Only checked out one or 2 tracks but sounded promising!

I didn't listen to a right lot last month so thanks for the recommendations! I've never listened to Swallow The Sun so when I checked out this new album I dismissed it as being not for me so it sounds like I should probably give the older albums a go first. I've been enjoying the German band Them recently. Apparently they sound like King Diamond (another band I've been meaning to check out), to me they sound like a mix of power and thrash: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-p3ubsSI58Ug.html

Ahh, yea I'd give the older albums a go, mainly Hooe and New Moon. They're still slow and moody, but there are far heavier riffs and sections whilst maintaining atmosphere. I dont know much of King Diamond, but 'Them' is an album theres I think, so the band 'Them' are clearly inspired by King Diamond!
