Great information! Thanks for breaking it down to make it easier to understand. I think the hardest area is the iron only because its not water soluble and I worry about giving to much to my family. So many doctors don't have any idea as to how much someone should take if the levels are just in range. Looking forward to more of your videos!

thank you dr.I have a question..You say that B12 and vitamin D3 are found in dairy products. Sometimes you ban dairy products to maintain the health of the digestive system as well as prevent sinus diseases..So how can I eat dairy products?

My general guidelines for people with gut issues and poor mood is to stay off dairy products. Test for vitamin D and B12 and supplement if required.
