@@anujjain4076 not at all first 15-20 days were easy bro u will loose water weight and fat so its easy to loose 7-10 kg in starting 15-20 days after that u have to do carb loading like According to ur weight 👍🏼 No loose skin at all because I'm eating high protein low carb diet with good amount of fat was 107kg nd now 91 kg almost👍🏼 check ur calories intake before trying any diet Dont stop eating to loose weight please 🙏🏻

Sir.. Do you think it's healthy?? Why you promote fast weight loss. Didn't expect from you. Weekly 0.5-1 kg weight loss is healthy. As you know Rapid weight loss causes many problem. Than why you promoting this??

People who are obese tend to lose weight at a faster rate. As they progress, the rate of weight loss begins to taper off. It isn't unhealthy. It's normal.
