The experiment worked really well. It brought a smile to my face. The monkeys were all zen from your meditation that's why they weren't crabbing at each other. The Costa Rican sun has definitely given you a radiant glow. Warm hugs, my sister!

I was able to calm my dizziness a bit. My cat was laying on my lap and purring the whole time was well. So it was jungle and local animal sounds galore! 😽

Wow Ally that was amazing,I absolutely loved it. I was right there sat under the beautiful tree with all the wonderful sounds, I could of stayed there longer, please post another one? I will be coming back to this again.

Please come and do a retreat here in yelapa Mexico! Super healing community, no cars, right beside the ocean. We have a beautiful retreat space here and a lively Mexican and foreigner community. Live music and hikes and good food!

I loved that so much, Ally. The sounds were glorious, especially the howler monkeys. Deeply relaxing for the bodymind … completely devoid of structure or ego. I’m truly in the better of it. Because i think Ally Boothryd is SUCH AN AMAZING WOMAN. an helps many people. I wanna ask her if shes saved an knows JESUS CHRIST as her lord an savior. I always wonder if the people that inspire me are faith driven people. Also because i dont wanna see people go to hell just for not knowing him. Thank you Ally❤

Nobody is going to hell for not knowing Jesus, please don't worry about that, I'm speaking out of experience, the hell is a place we experience when we where, for example, not seen as kids, or worse, when we were abused... and later for in life we dissociate from our soul Selfs because of it...we abandon our bodies and start living in our heads, for all kind off different reasons, we can spend our life in churches acknowledging Jesus but stil experience hel within ourself because of abandonment of ourSelfs,...so.... don't worry about Ally or people going to hell for not knowing Jesus, but just BE...BE with yourSelf first and BE with others then, BE with people (if you want to help) who are experiencing loneliness and pain for example ❤ and BE in meditation, in that being, being in the here and now, Jesus, connection, heeling, Christ awareness, kindness, love, safety and all the other blissful joyful things wil appear🙏 and being in connection with the here and now, with ourSelfs is all we are practicing for by practicing YogaNidra❤ at least that's my intention for practicing that's all, i love you, and your kind heart and i wish you well ❤
