@@victoriavazquez3064 Two weeks in. I did 5-7 minutes of neck and jawline exercises 5-6 times a day. I don't see much difference, but I feel there is muscle under the fat now. It's a lot of work for little result, honestly. But I will keep going for another few weeks.
wow I love how you actually walk us through discovering the muscles we'll be working on! I've watched a number of videos for similar exercises but they only show pictures of the human anatomy that highlights the relevant muscles, but when you know which muscles they are and where they are located in your body physically, it makes it much more effective because you know whether or not you're working the correct muscles. So a huge thank you for this!
I have 5 excercises from Face Yoga Method. Each I do for 30s, twice a day. After nearly 2 weeks there are great results. I highly reccommend. It really works. Thank you so much❤❤❤❤
