When you have a crappy butt-hole HOA (or neighbors), cameras are a requirement, not an option. You should be discrete about the cameras. That way the butt-holes would keep up their actions and do something really illegal. And you have a super weapon for the court.

Pool story 2AM that's far outside any acceptable work hours. I'd filed a report and hit the construction company with a trespass order after the first attempt not to mention check with the county over permits and request a inspection and immediate stop work order

S1 Isn't there a safety feature inserted into contracts stating "AS IS, WHERE IS". Selling it so cheap, Jake could have insisted on the buyer, Mike, signing such a contract!

Some of the stories are just too dumb to possibly be real. Rich hired a "construction crew", with heavy equipment to come and excavate a Pool in the middle of night.. at 2AM? Yea, that sounds like the sort of thing an excavation crew would agree to do.. presumably with no proof of having a building permit too.. or any survey for utilities.

How anyone would think that if they build something on someone elses land it would give them any ownership of either the building or the property continues to baffles me, how stupid can you be? Same with those who build something and then say "it's done, deal with with it" as if "you can't change anything", as if to have it demolished and the fundament dug up is not an option.

Yes being Qeen b is not set for life and all . As for me I was bullied. I always kept my head down and I know my place. I’m in my forties and I know my places in life. That is to stay to myself and keep working. I don’t deserve being loved by anther woman. I’m divorced. It’s my fault. I was not the husband she needed.I don’t deserve love. I’m ok with out it . I work nights . I stay out of everyone s way .
