I have to agree with the others, the manual that came with the unit has to be the worst I've ever seen! The symbols were beyond understanding and most of the rest was in a combination of several languages which I don't speak our read. Print the material in the language of the county where the unit is purchased. Seems simple to me. In the USA the official language is still English in spite of fire hard they try to cram Spanish down our throats! Beyond this, I'm pleased with the machine so far. Now that the videos have taught me how to better use this unit, I'm certain my experience will only continue to improve
To clean Nespresso coffee machine at no cost: fill the water tank with natural white vinegar; Then you start pressing the cleaning button; After this process, fill the tank with clean water, then press the cleaning button again. After this process, the warning sign will go off; And your Nespresso coffee machine becomes clean and at a negligible cost. Trust this advice; I've been using it for years.
I've descaled my Inissia (once every 6 months, so far). Second time I descaled it, today, once all was done, first cup of espresso tasted a bit clinically chemical-ish. Second cup better, but at 5 minutes after two cups, I have an aftertaste of something still. Not sure what all this means.

We use it for about three people everyday in the morning. The taste and quick brew is one of the reasons we like it so much. There are so many choices of brands of coffee that we would grab what was on sale and test the different brands from there. I would definitely recommend trying different brands of coffee to find the ones you like the most because there are brands that quite frankly taste horrible.
At least this made some more sense than the useless instructions. My girlfriend took apart her dad's plastic tray for cleaning. Cue us all standing around it after going "how does this go back together?" The obvious answer is check the manual, which we did, "How does this go back together?" *Edited for clarification

The emptying cycle for storage does not work... Thanks Nespresso! You press the two buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds, then 5 seconds, then 10 seconds, yet nothing works. The lights blink but not alternately and then nothing else happens. Again, thanks Nespresso for not even bothering to comment and clear up the confusion. Really makes you want to buy another machine when this one gives up.

We recommend descaling your machine with Nespresso Descaling Solution every 3 months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first, to remove internal mineral deposit that can build up, which can affect the flow, temperature and overall performance of your machine. A weekly cleaning will keep the brew unit clear of grinds and coffee residue.

Perhaps you should have made clear that the capsule tray is NOT fixed into the drip tray, therefore users should take them out carefully lest they make a mess as the capsule tray capsizes and fucks up their counter. The video does not clarify this, instead it says you can "easily separate them". Separate them? They're not attached at all! Congratulations on the useless emoticon hieroglyphic manuals, too.
