This is my 2nd Keurig coffee maker of this model. ru-vid.comUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf The first worked fine for more than 2 years, and I could still get a decent cup of coffee out of it if I fiddled with it when I decided to replace it. The problem I had with my first unit was this: When attempting to brew a cup of coffee, the unit would either keep brewing until the coffee was undrinkable or it would not run long enough and the coffee produced was way too strong. I cleaned the unit as best I could but it did not help. So in the end it was just too much trouble to get a good cup of coffee out of it, so I decided to replace it with a new one, which has been working great since I unpacked it.
With my newer pixie model (buttons are rubbery) it seems you cant pause the descaling process, but it just stops if there is not water and I have to press 5secs again - sometimes not successfully, was the pause mechanic removed? Still very helpful video!
Hi there, please be advised that descaling mode cannot be paused. To exit this mode, you will need to press and hold both Espresso and Lungo buttons down for 5 seconds. I hope that this is helpful, but please let me know if you require further assistance. Thank you.
Helpful tips yet the video link came with the exact words from Nespresso "Learn how to operate and program your Nespresso Pixie" yet no where in the video is there programming instructions, it's more of a how to care for video.
I'm in an Airbnb and want to use this machine, first time in my life I will use a coffee machine and the whole video doesn't say where the F I need to introduce the capsule and how to do it
Hi! We usually recommend rinsing the machine by brewing a shot with no capsule inserted after your last use of the day. This will help keep it in the best possible condition.
Dino Solomon that's true an excellent for drinking water however when using water in a machine whether to be consumed or not distilled water prevents calcium buildup and other problems

Hi Vasilia, we would not recommend pressing the button twice, as this will over extract the espresso capsule, burning the coffee and spoiling the taste, and may drag coffee grounds into your cup. Many thanks.
Why first cup (from 2) is less level than second. Use your glass cups and the first is 3 mm under your logo. second is exactly under logo (the cups iv equal volume)
This video was helpful, customer service was not! I got dribbles of water from my month old machine one day. Thought it was an air bubble trapped, the old Zip Loc trick in the water tank didn’t work, but this did. Thanks!
Hi Alexandra, the Pixie machine has an automatic shut off after 9 minutes, or to turn it off immediately you can press both buttons in at the same time. Many thanks.

Hey mate we recently purchased this and had the same problem. You have to empty the cartridge and water container so it does not over flow. So when you buy the machine it asks you to rinse the machine three times before use and after each rinse remove the cartridge where the pods go and you'll see the water catchment thing empty that after each use and it shouldn't leak. Hope that helps I love mine!
No water flows thru capsules anymore, only back 3 holes puncture, front does not puncture and no holes or coffee comes out. Water does come out with NO capsules. Is this air lock? How to fix this problem? I tried lungo w/ just water and opening/closing the capsule opener, tried descaling, still not working. Advice?
