Why not mix the flour egg salt baking powder then put on prawns

Hi Cooking Ah Pa! What need to be done differently if it’s chicken? E.g the frying time?

Just make sure ur chicken is cooked. Frying time will be easily 5-7mins.

Can you please show how to define the large prawns. The shell is pretty hard to be slit with a knife
