Video recipe for cooking a very delicious and fresh soup of young nettle, potatoes, onion carrots and chicken egg, which is introduced into the soup at the end of cooking. This soup was prepared on water, but meat or chicken broth can be used. The preparation process is simple: we fill with boiling water nettle, give it 5 minutes to stand. We pour potatoes cut with cubes with water, install a pan on the fire. Out of onions and carrots we make ordinary frying for soup. The nettle is folded on a dart, when the water is stitched, we remove stems, the leaves are cut not very finely. We send frying and nettle to the pan, 5 minutes before readiness we put garlic, and minutes in 3 - we introduce an egg. Preparation of this nettle soup will require: nettle, potatoes - 2 pcs., chicken egg - 1-2 pcs., bulb onions - 1 head, carrots - 1 pcs., garlic - 3-4 teeth, a pair of laurel leaves, vegetable oil, salt, black freshly ground pepper.
