This was a crazy workout we did in Las Vegas. We had the guys at Neufit take me through a arm workout and let me tell you the pump was unreal. This might not seem like a lot of sets but let me tell you it was insane. The crazy thing was for the next hour or two after this workout my arms just kept getting more and more pumped. If you have access to this I would defiantly give this a try. Make sure you subscribe because we also did a calf workout that will be getting uploaded.

Nice to see that they hired Back to the Future's Doc Brown to explain how it lengthens the muscle

Amazing stuff Mountain Dog. I need some work like that on my left leg after ACL surgery using a patellar tendon the contraction has not been the same. Wonder if that would get me back you where I want to be? Man your a beast! I know that electrolysis is crazy intense from my leg therapy.

Neufit should've commissioned John to make a program for their machine. He could've called it Electro.

I'm a licensed Neufit practitioner, and I have a masters degree in exercise science. I have no doubt this is the future of exercise, rehab, and athletic performance. The difference between this and traditional electrical stimulation machines is that this machine uses direct current whereas traditional e-stim uses alternating current. That's significant because alternating current doesn't allow movement. For more info check out neu.fit

Well there you go! explains alot as to why my left bicep is alot weaker then my right but is bigger.. John this may be a very silly question but can you cause neurological damage to a muscle from it being torn? i suffered a pec/bicep tear when i was 18, now 25 and noticed i cannot connect as well with the left bicep/pec, BUT there both bigger then my right pec/bicep, could this be due to neurological damage or just the fact it was torn? This video was extremely interesting, thanks again for putting out great content

Interesting and cool! I'm curious, so here's some questions I hope you have the time to reply to: - What was it like? What was the sensation while training? - And what were the practical consequences of the machine? Was the machine assisting you and letting you do more than usual, or was the machine adding additional neurological workload on top of the weights?

Another reason I like these videos is that John just say move your shoulder blades back, while the other "science" based channels are like scapular retraction. No one ain't got time for all that. hahahaha

My dad had something like that years ago never did anything for growth. Its just contracting it doesnt add weight to the muscle. It might be good for therapy though. Pretty cool it can stretch the muscle though. Id use it just for that.
@AageKush

Edward Fortae This is absolutely incredible and I will tell you why. My entire left side has been far weaker than my right. I have spent over a year trying to establish a good mind muscle connection with my left side by doing rows and various exercises without resistance and extreme focus on the muscle. This is a kind of training in itself. If this machine can simply force the weak side to fire equally to the right them they’ll naturally catch up faster and you’ll have gotten rid of that imbalance in no time. This could save a LOT of time and hard work.
@edwardfortae2350
@edwardfortae2350 5 лет назад
@@AageKush it certainly seems like a good tool for rehab. I had a brachial plexus nerve pinched and Ill tell you no amount of ellectric charge to the muscle will help. If nerves are cut off they cant fire. Mine corrected itself by careful exercise and lots of ice to reduce the impingement but the electrodes did nothing. The muscles move but there is no increase in strength. My chariopractor tried it. I would tend to believe from experience it would be better for blood flow than anything else.

I think i have a neurological disorder/challenge, where my contractions take massive effort and not much change with more than 20 yrs of training. However, on big lifts dl's squats etc I get very strong very quickly. The last 2 years has been a focus on mmc, i wonder if something like this will help??

Thats freaking awesome. I love to see new things in body building. I love the tried and true methods but you just saw what that machine did. Superhumans are awesome. Its amazing to me how average folks or even below average people can transform. I hate to think someone is working out just to be average. I believe the big separation from regular to superhuman is the mind muscle connection. Genetics are a big part. Nutrition and recovery are a big part. I've seen people who would be considered below average and become amazing just from realizing mind and muscle connection. There is a big difference from just moving weight around and using the weight to work the muscle. Stretch and flex i say it aloud in the gym. I holler stretch and flex. Rant over

Turn to Jesus people he died for your sins, Repent of what the New Testament describes as sin. Believe the gospel obey the teachings of Jesus documented in Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Jesus is the only way to be saved, be baptized by faith in Jesus you can live life with him as your example. If you need prayer i'll pray for you. If you want to keep contact with a brother in Christ i’ll keep contact with you. The love of God is beyond our understanding. God bless.
