@@Username12665 With MJ in the mix, the standard rules of conduct, simply don't apply....You see and hear Men who would "Charge Hell With A Bucket Of Water" talk about Michael in hushed tones of "Almost" Reverence, and all say the same thing "Don't Ever Make MJ Mad, because if you do, you'll Pay A Big Price" .........You Always hear that kind of thing from those NBA "Ballers" who actually, either Played With Michael, or played Against Michael. A Man who garners that kind of respect from the Men who played in that era, no matter the Sport, is a measure of respect for, and shown to, The Best Of The Best, Because they do what he does and they recognize True Greatness when they see it. A Real Hero won't tell you he's a Hero and why, but those who were with him and saw what he did, will always tell you, be they Soldiers in a War Zone, or the True Warriors that perform so valiantly that their "Performance" in The Game, that they Elevate The Game to a much higher level. They elevated their game to new Heights, and saw MJ Lift it to an even higher plateau, simply by his own Commitment And Ability to do things that were thought to be Impossible, until they saw him do them, and make them Look Easy. I Cowboyed and Handled Horses for decades, and after doing that for a few years, I knew what a Cowboy looked like and could recognize A Real Cowboy when I saw one......These NBA Warriors have that same ability, based on the Years of experience they had under their belts

Not like LeBron, the self-proclaimed "king" or "goat", or even Shaq who called himself "superman". The greats let everybody else speak for them. Michael Jordan didn't just want to beat you, he wanted to embarrass and humiliate you. And more often than not, he succeeded. Love this; a friend of mine was actually at that game (for context, we were both living in Australia at the time) and said he felt blessed to be there (and also commented that there were still come empty seats in the house!).

I watch a lot of NBA and especially MJ, but I've never really noticed the creator or subscribed. Nick changed that. My man works harder and makes better content than the rest ... Hope to see a Kobe month (or week) one of these days. Great job Nick!!

Nick, what a great work! I very much appreciate it and I can only imagine how much work this series was. All the stories, videos put together, cutting all the videos - amazing! Have a great holiday time and again: Thank you for this great piece of work. Best wishes from Dirkland Germany 🏀

My favorite part is when Byron Scott nearly gets into a fight with the 'little bit*h' in the locker room after the game, for stirring up Mike who he's gotta guard!

All Kobe stories be like, " I saw him train at 3am". All Jordan stories be like, "someone taked trash to Jordan and he destroyed them". Not many stories about Jordan training.

He trained unbelievably, relentlessly hard. He worked out with Scottie every morning too.

@@J24J MJ passed/allowed/recommended his trainer to Kobe...who had huge knee inflammation issues til he got trained properly.

Interesting enough Kobe aspired to be like Jordan, and pretty much trained exactly like Jordan.
@nipunaddd
@nipunaddd Год назад
Yes I agree you can't be that elite without training hard. But I haven't heard many stories was my point. Personally I think it's because Kobe knew Jordan was more naturally gifted than him so the only way to overcome that was to train harder.
@Kevinap34
@Kevinap34 Год назад
@@nipunaddd no, Kobe was more naturally gifted. Jordan was not. Jordan was not as highly touted as Kobe when they both entered the NBA. Nobody could forsee that Jordan would be the best player in the world. It was a complete surprise by many NBA scouts! Wherein Kobe was scouted as the next heir apparent to Jordan, so much so that he was drafted after high school. Jordan was the epitome of hard work that paid off. Kobe recognized that and used his trainers to be more like Mike.

Growing up (in Chicago) during this era, I remember never underestimating MJ and the bulls. Everyone knew, MJ would take the last shot and how he was going to do it, yet no one could stop him. It was money in the bag!

.As a MJ fan growing up, I CAN say that I got to watch him play one time in Chicago. .Longest trench coat I ever seen in my life. 😆 .Him AND Scottie had one on. .Scottie was using my pen so I couldnt run over to MJ without my pen, but I got his (ex) wife Juanita Jordans' signature along with Scottie Pippen, Will Purdue, Craig Hodges, BJ Armstrong, the Clippers' Danny Manning and a few others.
