Does that include wild eggs? I know raid eggs are random upon hatching, helped getting male Bellanoir when I could hatch a bunch and then soft reset(closing game on PC or closing game via xbox menu like he did in video).
@@KevSantos00probably not. Eggs takes passive from parents exclusively. They may mutate randomly. Passives exclusive to bosses/pals like legend, lord of underworld, ect are also harder to stick. Meaning, its easier to get combination of artisan, workslave, nocturnal and workaholic to a pal than legend, lord of underworld, serinity and musclehead to a pal
If you want a quicker soft reset farming the big chest at oil rig then use the two spots that are great that require no fighting after creating the save. The place you hid behind containers(15:03) or tent closest to the shore spawn the big chest and allow easy soft reset. Btw if you want to make sure it doesnt save when doing exploit switch it to 30 mins for auto save in world settings and when your ready to save then click inside game "return to title" as it forces the save the occur at that moment. Then once you load in and if drop is good then click to return to title again for force saved, or if its not a good drop then close game through xbox menu or if your on PC close the game. Rinse and repeat, farmed all day and got legendary Gatling and Guided missile launcher from that big oil chest but looks like 1% drop rate so be prepared for the grind. BTW great video.
Another Tipp is to look up the actual Droprates beforehand. I got the Epic Minigun (0,3%) on my second Reset but got greedy. Took me almost 2 Hours to see another Epic. Legendarys are
@@pedronalesso1464 paldb has all drop rates, legendary schematics range from 0.1159% for the laser rifle (about 1/1000) to 0.0046% for the quad guided missile launcher (about 1/20000)
To add I noticed that it got rid of my save after a few attempts so I had to do 30 seconds and wait to auto save each time then open then go to title. Took longer but no lost saves.
Didn't know about the new pal, Yakumo. Thank you very much. I farmed over 240 jormuntide ignis before I finally got an artisan about a week ago. Now I'm going to make a artisan, work slave, serious and concieted Yakumo for my base needs. Will help with getting the right pal considerably. Also thank you for the oil rig chest exploit trick. My big chest spawned in the tent so I am able to farm it and the purple chest in the other tent. Absolutely amazing.
Thanks for letting us know about the chest at the rig,it'll be so much easier to farm schematics we want faster than going back over and over again,and also I had no clue about to possibility of passing passives over via catching,so yeah I'm definitely gonna catch some Yakumo's and give it a try,thanks again!

I went back to my higher lvl toon. I continue to be surprised at how easy some of the top lvl guys are. Menasting Terra and Knocklem were both major push overs. However, I went from being able to reliable kill Jetragon but not catch him to , he claps me every time I try now. I did respec to be balanced, because eventually I'll max it all out anyway. Plus, I like being able to sprint and dodge roll basically for as long as I want to. But I lost several hundred health, so that's probably why I can't bring him down anymore. I can still farm Frostallion though.
@@nicodemous52 I don't think Knocklem is pushover. The thing can have either more than 5k atk or 4k def based on the way you build them. They're the real monster that push Gorirat to shame.
@@kl9686 I mean to fight him in the wild. I have no doubt he is a powerhouse on your team. So far all the end game guys have been super easy but legendaries. Astegon went down so fast I didn't have a chance to catch him the first time I fought him. Blazamut didn't go down that fast, but he was not a challange in anyway. So far the only real challanges I've come across are Frostallion and Jetragon. Even Paldius & Necromus were not so much hard as tedious and time consuming. (I've not retried them yet at 55 with my new specs, that may have changed) I will say I've lost to every tower boss once save Zoe who has never beaten me, and Saya who I've not tried yet.
@@nicodemous52That kind of makes sense because the legendary pals have way more hp than any other alpha boss. Fighting Jetragon is like fighting 3 to 4 Knocklems at once.
Great video as always. Want to confirm that the little purple chests are very worth opening on the rig. I found legendary heat resist plasteel armor out of the purple chest that's on top of the tower in the middle of the rig. I tend to use jetdragon to run around the oil rig, so it will be difficult to get up there if you're using galeclaw and azureoby to approach the base. This soft reset tech for the big chest looks great, cmon multi guided rox!
If you fast travel to the waypoint nearest the rig and get up on the ledge overlooking that waypoint, you can grapple down towards the ramp sloping up below you and launch with a maxed out Hangyu (I'm using Hangyu Crys) and make it over to the rig without being shot. You have to re-engage a couple times to keep your lift up, but I can usually let go to drop in hot as I approach at high speed. Remember to re-engage before you hit the ground if you're coming in too high lol
You dont have to actually fight/attack with the doggo. You just have to have it out. I have mine on "Don't attack" and it works. I have tried this with riding and not riding. Both give same results. I am glad you did this to show us for sure how it works. Thanks!!
the reloading saves trick i used beginning of the week, got the legendary gatling gun on like my 20th or so attempt, i was super stoked to see it untill i went to the weaponline to make it, then i cried a few tears as i built it and let me tell you when you go legendary gatling gun you dont go back...
great showcase today. so much to test. Can confirm that the purple chests are worth doing, picked up a Grenade launcher 2 yesterday before opening up the big chest for the lightweight armor 2. I use a jet at max height, but getting cooked on the way in takes a whole lot longer than the safe swim so i can see it.
How yakumo work is it will add each of its passive at 30% chance to a pal. So if that pal already has a passive, it will try to add to other blanks slots. Boss exclusive Passive such as legend, eternal flame, ect will not stick at all.

best for getting to oil rig is to just get on jetragon on the surface and sprint until the tower starts to light up, then dismount and throw out your azurobe/jorm and mount back up. makes it a little faster. You can also see the yellow chest from below in a couple of spots so I usually check the closest spawn point (the two huts) and if it's not there then I go to the back corner (room with opening to water and a crusher inside). That way you can get the yellow chest cooldown started quicker if you're trying to spam it.
Have you gotten to get some tests on the new weapons? Which ones seemed worthwhile to you vs ones that felt like duds? Since the odds are so cancerous in getting these i was probably thinking whether any of them are worth it at the epic level vs the legend level. Well cept the laser rifle. This game is shit and gave me *4* laser schematic legends but none of the others though i did get a purple multi missile ill probably use as the legend version seems v unobtainable. But are any of the others worth a damn with the epic versions? Or any others you think are worth trying the legend version compared to our old legend weapons? I have all the legend weapons from before sakurajima as the drop rates were not complete aids

Hey somebody else who plays on Xbox I have a question for you does your game Crash practically every time you try to do a dungeon ?also do you have issues with any of your pals taking stone or wood and piling it up just outside the base?
1 time then im normally good, try and turn up ur auto save timer i hear that works. with the transporting thing, just move the work place from the edge of the base

@@PalWorldFanatic-bx7fl I just discovered another issue I can't play my game longer than around an hour before it crashes I have a feeling it has something to do with session memory filling up and no way to erase it until you restart the game I forget what the technical term for what is talk about is but there are a lot of games that have that issue and every time it saves adds to that clutter and then also other things like changing into a new area can add to it as well it basically just boils down to poor job with a code and I'm not sure if that can be fixed without redoing the whole game really depends on how the coding is in the game here I was thinking that the devs were going to be working with somebody from Microsoft to fix these issues but it doesn't seem to be the case either that or the code is so messed up that it can't really be fixed which is sad because I love this game and it's kind of the same thing that happened to craftopia on console made by the same people and also a really good crafting game

It just takes a while bc xbox code is really finicky. seem when the fix something, something else breaks. if im solo i never crash with my SX. but playing with ppl is almost every hour on the hour it will crash
At 13:50, sorry man, but that's not how it works. The Legendary Schematics on the Large Oil Rig chest have such a low chance to drop (It's around 1% to .01%) that you're unlikely to get any of them even after hundreds of runs, and the rank of your gear doesn't affect the drop chance. Still resetting over and over does seem to be the best course of action in this case.
If you have a decent schematic for the rocket launcher accompanied with gobfins I defo reccomend using that for shooting through walls etc - one shot can take out like 5-10 enemies atleast. I have the legendary one and Im not sure if the splash damage is enlarged by this, but paired with the gobfins you can one shot anything. Ngl Ive never seen people use the homing missile/grenade launcher for the oil rig but it looks quite painful
Most of the purples I’ve pulled 2-helms. Big box has dropped 3’s on the missile launcher. I haven’t hacked it like this yet, but I’ll be trying it. Thanks for the vid
I feel like its not possible to get any of the new pals with wild eggs. And I think they lowered egg drops as well, Ive noticed that I done find Dragon eggs at the volcano boss any more. Feels like they nerfed egg plays overall. Minus breeding i guess, never really bred too much prior.
yeah, The pair I was using as my mass breeding pair of Anubis were still giving me pretty consistently the same things over and over until I decided to try for some of the new passives and add to their platoon. And the new pair, they are still being fairly consistent, in not giving me what I actually want, as god intended.
Seems like everyone has resorted to savescumming for the big chest lol. On PC, save and quit at a safe spot before loading back in and opening the chest. If you don’t get a good roll alt f4 and try again. Unfortunately the drop rates for legendaries is so damn low it still takes hours even with savescumming. It’s absolutely ridiculous, it’s gotten to the point that if I could cheat the schematics in, I would.
If you had the ability to spawn stuff in, and are willing to "savescum", then yeah just spawn it in. This goes for any game. You are cheating either way, just cheat the faster way and save time. And people need to stop trying to use the argument, "its in the game so its not cheating". No you are not playing the game as intended and abusing a mechanic. If cheating in a single player game is what keeps the game fun for you then go for it, people just need to except that they are cheating and stop saying they are not. Same goes for using mods on games that drastically makes things easier.

@@bigbangatk666 Yeah a grind you are meant to play through. By circumventing or reducing it you are cheating. The game play loop is not, "save game, open chest, reload, open chest, reload, open chest, TADA I win." By entering CHEAT codes into a single player game you are cheating, even if the game has a dedicated menu for entering cheat codes like Twisted Metal games. I'm not saying don't do it. I've cheated many times in SP games just to be overpowered for a bit or after bashing my head against a wall for too long trying something the right way. Hell after a few years of playing TES3: Morrowind on Xbox I bought it on PC just to use console commands. All I'm saying is acknowledge that you are cheating and move on. Nothing wrong with it as long as you don't cheat on shit that matter or effects others.
I chest reset with a different method, I close the game by the chest and reload the save. Use the same save two times and then a third time load the game and close it then start using that save. Repeat the process. Been doing this for a few days now.
Whoever attacks them won't change their passives. Their passives are generated on spawn. So you just have to be mounted when they spawn in. To prove it just use a mod like pal analyzer that shows stats including passives of wild pals.
It VERY important! You Use that to bring up ur capture rate "up to 14 now' using the lil glowing lifmonks you find all over the world. ALSO you can put small mid and large pal souls in to ur main pals to increase all there stats! Attack, Defin, Health, and work speed.
I have a lot of experience with the oil rig "expolit" on pc. I found the best 2 locations are the tents and the containers. in these locations you can stand on the chest and the enemy dont react to you when you respawn. on PC just wait for the save and open the chest then quit with ALT+F4. start the game like normal and you should be at the chest every time. if you take more than 30 sec to open the case and quit then the case may empty on a reload. if this happens restore your game files and go back 2 or 3 saves. this should put you back near the chest with it closed.

Because you’re on Xbox, you’re probably the first one I’ve seen actually play on Xbox. Do you have the same issue as me that you can’t go into dungeons without the game crashing?

The small Chests on the Oil Rig have the same Loot Table as the Dungeon Chest. If you dont want to fight all those Guys, its better to just run Dungeons. I recommend Dazemu as a Dungeonmount. The Path in the lvl 52s count as Sand. You´re at the Bossroom in 20 Seconds.
