I have extreme pain as an amputee i have been taking lyrica but sometimes that dosnt get rid of it i will try anything this controls my life this pain.
😳😳 OHMG…..Is this for REAL? I have been suffering with severe heavy life ruining pain from L4/L5 lower vertebrae all the way down through rear, around hip joint areas, groins and down BOTH legs. I have suffered for 28 years with this. Is there ANYONE or ANYTHING out there that would help set me free from this excruciating PAIN??
Pulled lumbar muscles and turned into scar tissue. A bone fusion was done, but Dr told me I would have pain when arthritis kicks in during the 50's most likely cause burning pain. I had the electronic spinal cord stimulator as it always is a short trial. With 60-70 relief I felt this would be right. The did the implant with a left & right electrodes, turned it on and it was upside down. It went into my legs clear into my heels. There is some electronic changes they can make, but limited. They replace the electrodes again after 5 months, put them into a different location but now vertical, still 2" away from my spinal cord. My GP-Dr told me the surgeon could get one out, so cut it off, left it, now I have 3, but one side does nothing and the other side is 2" away. I think it's block by the dead one. They tried twice to move the signal, couldn't and sent me an email telling me they can no longer be of service, have a nice life! I have had RFA and did nothing. Epidurals are steroids injected into the epidural sack that cover the spine. I was pain free but only 1 1/2 day then came back. Next is an IV of Ketamine. First low dose for observation and reaction, then 4 more. After that, this 6' 3" tall guy reaching his mid sixties and 12 years of burning pain getting worse, has no more options. I will start to find out April, 2023. I can't walk 40 feet to my mail box without a cain. I set a state mile record and fastest time in my high school class, now the slowest.
how can i get this pain blocker in Australia ...any doctors here in Aussie knows about this pain blocker i really need it cus im sick of having pain 24/7/365 days and nights of the year.... PLEASE HELP
This is what happens when people have to depend on other people who don't have all the answers. Since these researchers ARE people like the rest of us (which means pain sufferers are just as smart as the researchers), maybe it's up to those in pain to come up with some solutions too. That might sound harsh, but in this day and age, could you imagine the financial pay $$$ back you'd get in return for all your years of pain if you came up with a solution/invention for your pain??? Be your own "Guinea pig" and reap ALL the benefit!
I'm sure they will finally just come up with a study that says that our pain is in our imagination and no drugs could help it...only 200€ psychotherapy sessions...Period!
Many test subjects are available......use prisoners with life sentences or a sentence that is gonna end with 200 yrs locked up....save money for counties states municipalities
