Things were so much easier when I could shut my job off at 5 o'clock and just go fishing. But the idea of getting this kayak rental business up and running could mean a lot to a lot of people. Not just me. So, it's totally worth a shot.
Mike and I won't be partners going forward. Thankfully though, we will remain friends. His confidence in me is partly the reason I wanted to give this thing a go in the first place. However, at the new place, there is no room for both of our boats and I won't need the financial help that I would have needed at the first location.
Todd Foucher (pronounced FOO SHAY) owner of Roundabout Watercraft is taking me under his wing and helping me by allowing me to stay at his place until I'm up and and running. We may even be sharing a place where we can both run a business together.
I will be inviting everyone to come by and check the place out soon. Patrons will get the first heads up. Thank you so much for your continuing support! Your contributions will continue to go towards the opening of the rental business.
