Believe in Troy he’s one of the best GMs in the league. We’ve never had a bad trade since he got here, Troy is building it like warriors Denver and Celtics: with the draft. So be patient and appreciate a great GM

Hes had a bad draft though. Killian Hayes, Isaih Stewart, Sadiq Bey. Neither have became stars. Avg to below avg.

You’re saying bey and Stewart are a bad draft but are definitely good role players who have years to come in the league those are successful hits not everyone is gonna be a superstar. The Hayes thing is a fail but his head is what’s screwed him up it’s confidence issues

@@antdagawd68Looks like it might work out in the end. If they take Haliburton over Killian then Cade and Ivey aren’t guaranteed. Everything happens for a reason. Bey wasn’t a bad pick, unfortunately didn’t work for us. Stewart is still not proven a bad pick, not everybody needs to be a superstar and not everybody can be. GM’s are never always right but if they’re right more than they’re wrong the team should succeed. Will take years.

He has had many bad selections. In 2020 he should have chosen Tyrese Haliburton, Desmond Bane and Jaden McDaniels; in 2021 Evan Mobley and Ayo Dosunmu; in 2022 Shaedon Sharpe and this year Taylor Hendricks.

I've been in Detroit Pistons fan for over 30 years now. This is the first time I've been excited about an upcoming season in a while. I just hope this coach is the right one for the job. I know he's a good coach a great coach even but we have a very young team and they could be very difficult to coach. I hope Cade comes back healthy and ready. I was so eager to see how him and Jaden looked on the court together. I think we're going to be a lot better than people think! I'm calling it right now we make the playoffs mark my word. Unless we get some catastrophic injury again.

Think about how the Bad Boys were built. Isiah, Joe, Rodman and Salley through the draft. The Kelly Tripucka pick became Dantley and later Aguirre . Key trades got us Vinnie, Laimbeer, Mahorn and Edwards . The guy that did that was new as well in Jack McCloskey.

@@Ch4MMPBoi I post truthfully, not negatively or positively. If we’re talking Tigers or PIstons, the reality is these are franchises that are among the worst in their leagues. I’m not here to be a cheerleader or to smoke hopium, just honestly assess where the team is. The Pistons are beyond awful and the trajectory has been down for several years. If you want to talk Lions, that’s a different story - they are clearly on an upward trajectory. Truth, not emotions, buddy.
