Is there any Chinese parts at all used in the manufacturing process. All American and German parts should be required for any machinery manufactured, sold and used in North America
Sorry but, all of the electronics on any machine or vehicle 99% of them are made in china. Now dont get me wrong here they are the world leaders in high tech electronic manufacturing
But to really answer your question i can asure you all the mechanical components are indeed german products, i know because any time i have to make major repairs to these machines im waiting a week for parts to be shipped from germany. But thats why these machines cost over $700,000 new. Not including a header wich is easily over 100k.
@@poppyslater4504 manufacturing companies are designing $800k equipment to break down/ Wear out after 1200-1500 hours. Other manufacturing people I've talked to also talk about the Chinese software. I don't like the supply chain of our pharmaceuticals or The software in our equipment being sourced out of China. The most popular agricultural spray drone is made in China . Imagine all of the technology and information that the Chinese government companies are able to gather when they have infested all of our agriculture equipment with their technology and software. And that's just agriculture I'm sure that every industry that uses Chinese software and Chinese equipment are just a sponge for the Chinese government together information on America and every other country in the world. If somebody built equipment using just American or german-made bearings and parts and software. Even stainless steel bearings. How much of hard cost would that add to any $100,000 combine
