Oh finally a video about Conan (and Maisie)!! It's so odd because he's able to sell out arenas now but it still feels like he's a small artist because he's rarely talked about in pop discussions. Found Heaven is what made me fan, its one of my favorite American pop albums that I've heard probably in the last four years. I havent been this obsessed with a whole album or a new artist in a long time. I'm shocked he's not bigger especially because his showmanship is impressive, his songwriting craft has improved dramatically and he's fantastic at crafting iconic timeless fashionable looks. He has everything it takes to be a main pop artist but I guess he just prefers to remain out of the limelight. I'm certian he will continue to grow his fanbase slowly but surely and one day have his moment. I don't need him to be as huge as the other artists mentioned but I would just like him to be recognized for his contributions to pop music. I was surprised how much I enjoyed Maisie's live performances! I wasnt too gripped by her music on first listen on streaming but her live performances sold me. I have no doubt she'll get big. Other smaller artists I would like to get more recognition and accolades would be Ethel Cain, MUNA and Lauv!
maisie's opener in australia was gretta ray, and she is destined to blow up soon! similar to maisie, her first album is really lyrically beautiful, and her second album gets more pop-like but both are so so beautiful. she has an amazinggg voice + a lovely stage presence too!!
I went to see Conan he’s my confort artist I love his music he’s the only Artist that has made me cry no other artist can make me feel the things I feel when listen to him.❤️(also I’m so happy for him, in this year he’s made the one of the biggest moves in his career because of the found Heaven tour!)
my biggest flex will probs be discovering chappell roan in 2019. like i saw her in concert at a random strip mall next to a jujitsu gym type beat. i love that lady and she deserves all of the flowers but i found her first
I SEE CONAN I CLICK! ANYWAYSSSS Music is so back baby!!!! The past year music really has been evolving and showing us New Talent!!! As someone who aspires to be a Singer-songwriter I applaud conan & maise for not giving up!!! They're not as popular as let say Sabrina even though they've been in the industry for a long time! But I hope them the best!!! (Ps. I hope I'll become a singer-songwriter one day Conan Gray is literally my inspiration)
Conan has been in the business for a while, his first album really took off but I hope he’s going to get more recognition. Superache is a MASTERPIECE. On maisie her song writing is incredible, the history of man can stand on the level of many taylor swift masterpieces.
I went to the night one Boston stop with my best friend who hadn’t listened to Maisie before even though I was begging her to for months and when she finally heard Maisie her eyes lit up and she was like omg she’s amazing and I was like ik I tried to tell you and we agreed to get tickets to see her next time she’s touring near us we both loved Conan as well. I lost it hearing family line live that was the best concert experience I’ve had!
It is surreal to see Conan gain such immense success in the past few years. I've been supporting him since he posted his videos on here. It is crazy to see how he went from a youtuber to now an artist selling our arena shows. I honestly think he is one of the best songwriters to come from our generation. He has such a way with his words and he gets better with every album. I do think while he is more successful, he still is very underrated in the pop space. People want pop boys and he can be a main one if people took a chance on him! As for Maisie, I have heard of her but not too familiar with her work. Definitely going to check her work out, I need more music to listen to. Another artist that I believe more recognition is Omar Apollo. I saw him a month ago and he is such a performer and has strong vocals. I am ready for him to get his accolades.
I’m so happy that someone finally recognizes Conan because every time I ask people “Do you know Conan Gray?” “He’s my favorite artist!” They are like “No who’s Conan Gray?” 😭
I LOVE Maisie Peters! I found her earlier this year and was obsessed with her song "Run." At first, I was weirded out by some of her songs, only because I wasn't used to her type of pop. It's really unique and eventually it grew on me. I HOPE she grows big, because her music is AMAZING!! Love "Guy On a Horse" too!! Thanks for making this video so more people could listen to her!!
I saw them at Madison Square Garden, and I was just so proud of both of them. Conan has come so far 😭❤️🫶 ( I started listening to Maisie over the summer because I wanted to be able to support the opener, because I didn’t get to when I saw Olivia Rodrigo, also at msg)
I'm so happy for Conan! He has come so far and I am excited for people to know who I am talking about when I say he is my favorite singer. The only thing I am bummed about is that if he becomes more popular merchandise and concert ticket prices are going to sky rocket. 😭😭😭
love to hear this, i've been trying and failing to get a ticket to Conans two sold out nights in my city next month and it's a bittersweet feeling of knowing i'm likely to miss out, and being excited that he's gaining momentum (i've been a fan for years but never had the opportunity to see him perform) Emei comes to mind as the main smaller artist i've seen that had big stage presence, i've seen her twice and immediately got the feeling that she's going to absolutely blow up, she's clearly been developing her craft for a long time and is such an engaging performer, pure fun pop songs with an occasional emotional ballad, great outfits, great stage energy and crowd control and i forget the band's name at the moment cause i don't actively follow them, but there's this pop punk early 00's revival band (frontman is called Emmyn i think) i saw at a miniscule show and was absolutely blown away by it; i could definitely see them making it big within that genre, they've nailed the characteristic humour that those early 00s bands had, catchy songs, engaging performers
Aurora doesn’t want a lot of attention but I do feel like she will eventually get a big popularity push with how consistently strong and professional her discography is. I love her to death but I hope any big attention won’t backfire on her if it does happen, she’s such an amazing artist and person.
Conan Gray is gonna be the next big thing he's a 25 year old and he's had 1billion streams on one of his songs from his DEBUT album. Atm he's done a few Collabs this is gonna get him there
For a while I didn’t listen to maisie peters and then I saw when she was opening for Taylor people were talking about how bad she was at singing so I listened to her album the good witch and I’ve been hooked since
Gracie Abrams is 1000% gonna have her moment either by the end of 2024, or in 2025/2026. Mark my words. She has been gaining like crazy recently, and most of the stadiums sing along when she’s opening for Taylor Swift.
I am quite a fan of Conan. I actually used to be OBSESSED with kid krow (his first album and hus best one imo) but I feel like I disliked more superache (the second album) than the first and there is only one song of found heaven, which is Alley rose❤🌹, that I like. Just the fact that ever since that album got announced that I can't remember the name of the album and a lot of times I, instead, remember ariana's most recent album's name, aka Eternal sunshine, bc of the vibe of the name being similar, might actually tell just how I don't resonate with the sounds and his voice in the album AT ALL. Which is quite funny if we think about it😂 I love cone 's personality and his friendship with Olivia rodrigo🥹 If he gets back the atenttion he once had during the heather/maniac era, I hope his production gets better. Also, ig you could say that I am a fan of his old discography bc y'all need to listen to his older songs like grow or the other side or his ep 'Sunset season'💙 they are gems.
I love both conan and maisie but I honestly don’t think they have the potential of being as big as chappell roan or sabrina carpenter. can’t explain why but they just don’t have it
