Wonderful share. Your detail and video capture was easy to understand. Thank you! Might I ask a side question as a beginner. When you make an espresso, what are your typical ratios for the IN (grinds in grams in the tamped puck) and the OUT (liquid espresso in grams in the cup)?

Intro was fire! Nice video. The two burrs is a nice concept but agree that the practicality of it day to day makes no sense. My wife does a latte in the morning and I do a pour-over, and then an espresso in the afternoon. With one grinder, thats a lot of swapping.

I know static is a case by case thing depending on the users environment but i have had my Niche Zero for a couple of years now and never needed to RDT and get no static problem with it at all regardless of the time of year and humidity. A couple of pumps on the bellows is all i have ever needed to do. Thanks for your vid on the Duo.

Where did you get the hopper and catch cup lid for the Ode? I've seen the wooden hopper lid before but the wooden catch cup lid looks great too.

I watched through your other videos after watching this, and you easily make the best gear videos I’ve seen! I def subscribed. I’ve been trying to decide between the Zero and Duo. As far as dialing in goes, is the Duo as forgiving as the Zero? I have the Mignon Specialita right now, and you’re either on or you’re not. There isn’t a lot of wiggle room, and I’m looking for an easier dial.

I've been vacillating between this and the DF64 V2. I really like the Niche, but between currency conversion and US duty fees, is it really worth more than double the cost of the DF64?

Nice review! Are the wood accents on the Duo the same size as the ones on the Zero? I have some custom wood ones on the Zero and was curious if I could move them over.
