I lost weight working overnight in the past. It's harder to drink water at this job and I don't have easy access to fresh food now. I should be burnin' some calories pulling pallet jacks around, so it is frustrating. The jeans are a magic bullet.

I really appreciate all your videos. I started working perminant overnights a month ago and recently started feeling unwell... I really love the work I do overnights and the shift itself is wonderful! I do not want to give up on working night shift so I did a lot of research and tweaked my habits. So far all your advice has helped me little by little as I stay consistent with everything. Theres only thing that I'm not sure you have covered that i would like more tips on... what do you do in the morning to get youself going? I am super groggy and feel like falling back asleep an hour after I wake in the evening even with coffee. I'm not sure what to do when I wake cause I dont have any energy until I get to work even though I sleep for 8 hours.

Hi! Thanks for your message. I appreciate your support in growing our channel. There are four things I would concentrate on. 1. Drink SuperGreen TONIK green juice (or your favorite type of green juice). I'm not telling you this to make a buck, but it's made a huge difference for Dan and I, and still does. Though difficult due to being fatigued already, pay for a session to get your butt into gear. Choose something which is enjoyable and convenient. Meet a mate to workout with. 4. Pump some music and drink a ton of water. Hope this helps!

Thank you so much for the video and great tips. I just started night shift Nov. 3 and you guessed it, I am already gaining weight. My biggest problem is being tired and unmotivated between shifts so I just sit around after I get up until I go into work.

so I've been trying to eat my pre-made meals midnight to midnight but I find that I'm too busy on the floor to eat before midnight and then I binge between 0100 to 0800 :(

really hungry? what im drawn to? nachos! cheese cheese cheese gooey and hot. tacos hot dogs hamburgers pizza and potato chips by the family size bag. and im at night shift right now and im super hungry! before i was ordering all of the above with doordash and spent sooo much money. now i have packed spaghetti and granola bars but im dreaming of nachos and pizza. i rather sit here hungry and watch your video than eat what I brought.
