i would recommend the nike zoom victory. they are an aggressive spike that really forces you up on your toes but for distance 600-2k you should be on your forefoot/toes for most the race. if you’re not a forefoot striker another option would be the nike zoomx dragonfly. the zoomx dragonfly is more of a distance spike tho

yes i think so. the Air Zoom Victory has Vaporfly foam in the back of the spike so even if you are a heel striker you are still getting energy return

i think it depends on your foot strike. the mamba v is a shoe that really forces you up on your toes/forefoot and so you probably wouldn’t want to go 2 miles in the mamba if you’re a mid foot/heel striker. personally i’d go with a different shoe for a 2 mile race

@@klindon12 yeah the mamba v wouldn't be a bad choice for you. i'd say the best shoe for the two mile distance regardless of foot strike would be the nike zoomx dragonfly. the dragonfly released recently and are available on nike rn.
