So, truth be told, it's the person holding the camera is the artist creating the photo. Next, understand the foundation of this channel and photography itself, "the camera does not make a bad photographer a great photographer", a camera of $42 or $4,200. will not create an award-winning shot.
As far as post processing your work, well if you want to get the finest image you can after the shutter clicks, you absolutely must do some post work.
If you ordered a meal at a restaurant, would you like the meal better if the chef tweaked your food to the highest pro chef level? Yes of course.
Be well.

*Photographer Carmine Taverna Defines Street Photography in these words;
Street photography, a genre of photography that records everyday life in a public place. The very publicness of the setting enables the photographer to take candid pictures of strangers, often without their knowledge. Street photographers do not necessarily have a social purpose in mind, but they prefer to isolate and capture moments which might otherwise go unnoticed.
***Why are CCD cameras better?
CCD sensors create high-quality, low-noise images. CMOS sensors are usually more susceptible to noise. Because each photosite on a CMOS sensor has several transistors located next to it, the light sensitivity of a CMOS chip tends to be lower, as many of the photons hit the transistors instead of the photosite.

Must Read
"Photographic art overlaps with the landscape, portraiture, and other photography types. It is defined by the artist's vision and approach to get distinct photographs. Unlike other forms of photography, fine art photography is about capturing what the artist sees instead of what the camera sees. It is just another tool for artists to produce their art."
(Quote from N.F. I. The Nashville Film Institute)
**The CCD was invented in 1969 at Bell Labs by Willard Boyle and George Smith. Since that CCD FILM LIKE SENSOR was sensitive to light it was used as image sensor for video and TV cameras. It could also be used as a memory device or analogue signal delay since it's principally a kind of analogue shift-register circuit.

I am in a retro cheapskate phase and have a D7000 arriving tomorrow that was purchased from MPB. One thing to realize is the dynamic range of this camera rivals many newer, more expensive cameras like the D500 and D7500. And for $200 US in ex condition. Plenty of resolution to make beautiful 11x14’s.

I picked up a D7000 back in 2015 when I first got into photography. Back then it was pretty new and reflected that in the price. If I were to recommend a camera to a new photographer these days I would definitely steer them in the direction of a D7000. It's a great camera, especially at the prices they're going for right now. I've since picked up a D850, but I still keep my D7000 around because it's still awesome.

I've been using D7000's since they came out; about 13 years. The biggest change to give the model new life is....software! The ability to DeNoise, and AI Sharpen really help this aging model. I shoot everything...studio, on-location: People-Places-Products, and IF shooting below 1600 ISO, you'll get good stuff. And if you shoot RAW, and change from 8 to 16-bit, export as a TIFF or DNEG....the QUALITY is really, really good. And I cheat using many FX lenses on a DX body purposefully....altering my POV/focal lengths. The camera offers some serious bells/whistles....for cheap. I use (3) bodies concurrently. Over the years, three have died on me....nowhere near shutter limits, like less than 40k ea.

Thank you for the video. I have had my D7000 for 13 years, and it has its place between the D850 and Z6II. Yes, it is an APS-C, but it's fast with the proper lens (like every camera). It's funny that ALL my Nikon cameras (except for the Z50) use the same battery, which is an advantage.

Great video as always, but I'll defend the 70-210mm f4-5.6. It's a better lens than most of what is made today, and the D version focuses super fast. For general purpose I also like the f4 much more, though - to add that 70-210mm f/4 is just an amazing lens

I thought i could use it at higher ISO, I am not sure why but eventually the details get lost quickly when there is not so much light shooting at iso 1600 and higher; use a good flash i would advise. Compared to D700, there is no competition , D700 does everything better

Great video. I have the Nikon D5100 which uses the same sensor as the D7000. The image quality is very good on both cameras. However, the build quality on the D7000 is far superior over the D5100. The D7000 also has an internal motor for the AF lenses for autofocus. The D5100 can only autofocus with AF-S and AF-P lenses. Great purchase on both items.

Excellent video !!!! I am considering this D7000 from MPB. However, I'd like to ask for some advice please. Also considering a D200 or the non weather sealed D80 version as both have less mega pixels, but have the CCD sensor. I have a cheap 6mp Kodak point and shoot camera with the CCD sensor and it takes surprisingly good pictures. I am leaning toward the D7000 as it has live view, 16 mp vs 10, a higher ISO range etc.. Thoughts between the D200, D80 or D7000 ? Which one would you pick if price was not a concern ?
