I wonder how long it took Nipsey to write the album! No dead air, very intentional on how the album is structured, and the beats have so much detail and little things to make it sound complete that it had to be years in the making. Nip made actual records, very few rappers can produce this strong of music and that's facts 💯

It’s a sleeper track 100%. I somehow missed it during my initial few listens when the album dropped. Revisiting this record these last two days and Loaded Bases stood out like a sore thumb. Such a fucking good song, his second verse especially stands out now that he has passed. RIP

I can't believe that Nipsey Hussle passed away today. For those who don't know, Nipsey was gunned down by three men in Los Angeles today. "Victory Lap" is a fantastic album and my thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends at this difficult time. Rest In Peace, Nipsey.
