Hi Keith. Thanks a lot. Yes, it works perfectly on certain macro lenses & the vignetting can also be worked around but at certain focal lengths it can be an issue when shootig wider. Have a good one buddy!

Very good and balanced review Peter. You showed some beautiful example shots. I agree re image quality and yeah that vignetting was pretty full on so some cropping would be in order. Thanks for sharing the video mate cheers 🍻 👍🙏
Hey Adrian. Thanks a lot! Yes, the vignetting on that std zoom lens was heavy as but with cropping the images are still usable & sharp in the middle. I especially like it paired with a macro lens! Cheers

1:48 I HATE these step up rings for this exact reason. Even lightly securing them in place is sometimes enough for them to get stuck there. I'm wondering, though, if you use regular step up/down rings does it make any difference to the magnification with the macro lens now sitting 1mm or so further away?
Hi there. The MR wouldn’t be affected significantly that’s for sure. I had major issues with a polariser once on a telephoto zoom, could barely take the bloody thing off😀. Have a great weekend!
