Thank you for your video, I saved $2217. I have 2019 Leaf, I have the same problem "When parked apply parking brake" I went to the dealer and they told me that they are going to replace the Parking Actuator Relay that cost $2217, thats a lot of money, so I searched online for possible solutions and I saw this video. I changed the battery both of my key fob and it worked. Thank you.
A relative is having the same problem with Nissan Rogue 2021 and is currently doing the same thing. The only thing physically different is that it is doing a repetitive beeping regardless of what was tried. So if it is as simple as getting the key battery swapped then it would be nice but I would also consider throwing my phone. Either way I hope the dealership is nice about it. Thanks for the video!
@@coring26APPARENTLY, it was literally just the battery in the Key Fob that needed replacing, so then the car started overreacting... They did end up taking it to the mechanic though and a (somewhat) quick battery swap and starting the car up again then everything worked pretty well Good luck! But if it doesn't do you any good then the only other thing I'd suggest is just bringing it to the mechanic... Annoying for a seemingly simple problem but still- And maybe you could get a better review for what the problem properly was. Definitely try swapping the battery first though. Once again, good luck! Nice, I'm having the same symptoms but mine has been complaining for a while about low key fob battery. I think it's time for me to stop procrastinating and replace it 😂
