I recently broke my toe and was struggling to keep up with my daily practice without videos that I could fully follow. I was so happy when I came across your footless video the other day, and even more so to find a second today! I appreciate that I can still challenge myself, even during injury. Thanks so much!
Few months ago I started yoga and I’m loving it! Unfortunately I’ve sprained my ankle and end up with crutches. This video is so great! Thank you so much! 🙏
I fractured my foot and have been unable to return to my studio. I'm so glad I found your videos, as they have kept me sane these last few weeks! Thank you.
I tore some ligaments from the bone in my ankle and have not been mobile for a month! I finally got permission to start moving again and have done both the "No Feet Yoga" videos now. It has felt so good to move again, and I am slowly but surely building my strength back up! Thank you for making these videos. (And since you asked, I enjoyed both the videos but prefer the first one. I think it was because the first one had chatarunga instead of lowering the hips to the ground. Regardless, these videos are such a great resource and I will be practicing them both for the next couple weeks. Thank you!)
Hi Rachel thank you for sharing your experience its great to hear how you are getting on with the classes. I'll be sure to make another one soon so there's lots of variety 🙏
I came here straight after doing the first no feet yoga practice. Thank you for saving my evening and making me feel good about myself again despite the injury!
I can't tell you how happy it makes me that the no feet yoga classes are helping you feel better about yourself. I understand how challenging it can be when we aren't as mobile, so having something that allows us to feel empowered in times of struggle is so important. Sending you all the best 💜
The class description mentioned challenge, but I really didn't expect one, and to my surprise, it delivered! Thank you so much Charlie for providing these types of workout for those of us experiencing a foot issue!
Thank you SO much! I can’t tell how much I appreciate these “no feet” yoga classes . I have a fractured foot, and am so grateful to have found you. Wonderful class; I pray you will do more! 🙏🏼 Namaste:)
Thank you for creating no feet yoga. I am healing from peroneal tendinitis and this allows me to continue practicing without having to think of an alternative in regular practice.
WOW, thank you. 7 weeks with a broken ankle I was desperate to get back on the mat but had no idea where to start and was very afraid. This was just perfect - THANK YOU!!!
I broke my foot last week and was so worried I would not be able to do yoga effectively. I just discovered yoga last year during quarantine, and have not missed a day since April 6th. I was so relieved to find both of these WONDERFUL "no feet yoga" practices. Thank you and namaste 🙏!
Thank you for taking the time to create a few videos for no feet practice. I broke my ankle epically this July and have been off my foot this entire time. I searched for yoga practices that would help me try to maintain my physical abilities while struggling to heal and regrow the ligaments I severed and the broken bone. It was pure joy when I stumbled upon your first video. And I was over the moon when you added a second. Maybe this could be a series?? 😱🤩🤩
I would love to know how many times I have used each of your three No Feet videos! You have helped me in so many ways. I am healthier, fitter, and determined to become a local yoga instructor and teach as many people as I can reach that you don’t have to be an amazing athlete to get the many benefits from a body in motion! You have helped ignite a fire within me to pursue my dreams of a lifetime of happiness and health. Thank you! I look forward to more of your amazing content. Especially the practices without using my feet since I am still healing from my injury.
I sprained my ankle a month ago and it was very frustrating not to be able to do my usual workout routine so I’m very thankful for this, I’m still healing so it’s a great way to get back into it gently :) thank you ☺️
Thanks a lot. Have been quite down after ankle surgery. I am very active and not being able to walk was really making me feel more limited than I already do during this covid crisis. This really helped me to get back to myself.
Hey Andrea, you are not alone, it can be so disheartening to sustain an injury when you’re an active person. I’ve felt the same when I recently hurt my shoulder. I’m glad you found this class helpful and I hope it serves you well. Wishing you a speedy recovery 🙏
These classes are a godsend for me. I have broken my fifth metatarsal and can't walk or weight bear for 6 weeks. I am a very active person and have really enjoyed these yoga session on your channel, thank you so much
The balancing with straight leg out was a fantastic challenge. Appreciating these classes as my feet tend to crack from time to time and I want to continue yoga
I broke my foot a month ago and have done both your "No Feet Yoga" videos every single day since. Thank you for giving me something to look forward to everyday as I heal.
Thank you for these classes! I did No Feet 3 previous to this and liked this better. I loved that you included shoulder stand and the music at the end was lovely☺
Broke two metatarsals a couple of weeks ago and I’m so happy I found your videos so I can keep up with my yoga practice. Not gonna’ lie though, these would be challenging even if I didn’t break my foot. Great videos, thank you!
Thank you for your feedback I'm glad these classes are helping you. I have a series of no feet classes on my channel. If you go to the playlist section they are all there.
Thanks for this class! I just recently began exercising again after a long recovery from an Achilles injury. It feels so nice to move my body again, looking forward to trying more of your videos!
Thank you for making this video... grateful to keep up my yoga practice despite a broken foot and ankle. Wasn't sure I could manage with my giant boot- but it was perfect! 🙂
I’ve been alternating between your two no feet yoga sessions and loving both. I’m 8 weeks into a broken metatarsal and this has saved me as I’m a regular practitioner of yoga and, before I discovered you, was really missing it! Thank you, thank you. Namaste
Hey Joanne it’s great to hear from you I’m so glad you found these classes and they have been a helpful guide during your recovery. I’m going to make another soon so hopefully that can be another to add into your practice ☺️ take care
I'm here with a torn achilles a year later! Hope your recovery has been quick and easy!! I'm currently in a fiberglass cast and struggling to do much of anything, but these videos have been great!
Thank you so much. I need these practices to fill up my spirit. I know it has been a long time, I hope your friend got fully recovered. I am still in process.
Thank you for this!!! You are an absolute sweetie!!! I've completed both your injured foot yoga one and two. I honestly feel it's the best quality of yoga and video that I have searched for. Thank you for the encouragement and please keep it up! You rock girl!!!
Thank you for this practice. I was challenged throughout but especially during the sequence on tented hands. The practice was strong even with no feet. 😊
Thank you! I have extensor tendonitis and have been looking for a practice I can do without using my feet. This one was challenging as well as soothing to my spirit!
I broke my heel a couple months ago and have done both your no feet yoga sessions 😍 felt incredible to be able to move again and build some strength in ways I didn’t know I could. Thank you so much! 🙏🏽
Thank you for another episode of No Feet Yoga. I was delighted to find your first class, and this one is just as good - but more challenging. I am grateful not to be losing strength despite my injury - a fifth metatarsal break. Grateful too to be reminded of how much one can do even with an injury.
Hi Frances I’m glad the no feet series is of value to you. It’s great to hear about your experiences, I will be making another soon so hopefully that can be of service to you too
This was so excellent! I have piriformis syndrome in the right hip and post traumatic osteoarthritis in the left ankle, and this actually still felt very challenging without further hurting myself. I can’t wait to try your orhers! 🎉
It was, once again, a wonderful experience. I'm still in my healing process and it felt wonderful to do this in these hard times. Thank you for once again!
You made another one! Yay! I loved it! It was definitely a challenge on my abs! Which I need since I pretty much have to sit all day. Thank you for putting this together. It was perfect.
Great class, I hurt my foot with a chronic injury. The first class was tougher, but both are good. The shoulder stands help relax. I enjoyed the second class a bit more but will do them both agian
@@CharlieFollows Just had to tell you, my foot is practically healed now but I keep coming back to this one and the first No Feet video... they are so GREAT for abs! Phew, that supine eagle and then the twisted Boat! I don't know how you can talk through them!! Thank you again, fantastic routines. 😀
Thank you very much for this wonderful flow! I am recovering from foot surgery, and it's been very difficult physically and mentally. It's amazing to be able to get stretched my whole body without putting any pressure on the foot. Loved the cobra with the feet in the air. Thank you 🙏
Hey Olga I'm so glad you found this class and it's helping you stay active during your recovery. In case you didn't know I made a no feet series with a bunch of other classes that are just as accessible and creative as this one. I hope you enjoy them just as much 💜
@Charlie Follows That's amazing! I did not know you had a series of flows. Thank you for letting me know. I will be doing another one later this afternoon 🙏
