I used to hike 3x a week and do Hot pilates until I was in a car accident and sustained fatal injuries. I broke/mangled my right leg/ankle/foot. I spent a year in a wheelchair! Caroline, you are helping me get back to feeling "normal". I still can't walk yet but I can do your workout videos (I started with the easy ones). Your kindness and compassion keeps me going and at times, brings tears to my eyes as I workout in spite of my pain. You speak words of encouragement, support , and compassion. I'm so glad I found you, you are my daily friend and inspiration!

I found you in 2019 after surgery on my left heel. No running for 1 year. I sprained my right ankle at work like 3 weeks ago and I’m still not fully recovered but I have the green light to start exercising. Once again you’re brining me back to life. Thanks again Caroline for all you do.

Recovering from a severe ankle sprain means even the simplest tasks require a huge effort. Was crying in frustration this morning because of it, then googled "ankle sprain workout" and found this video. This channel has renewed my hope! Thank you for these videos, Caroline

Hello All! I broke my foot a year ago and was told 6-8 weeks for recovery. I am a year later and still not 100% recovered. These videos saved me both physically and emotionally. So happy to be able to move. So happy to hear not everyone heals in 6-8 weeks and that I needed to be patient with myself and the process. It is a journey! Caroloine THANK YOU as your words of encouragement have been priceless and THANK YOU for not interrupting our workouts with ads every few minutes! I have been diagnosed with arthritis in my foot, which is to say the very least a bit of a bore. It has prevented my from undertaking my usual form of exercise of brisk walking (usually 6 miles a day). I've had to avoiding walking due to pain and also concern that I will do permanent damage to my joints if I continue to walk. The result has been steady weight gain due to lack of exercise and feeling frustrated and depressed about it. I am so pleased therefore that I have come across your page. I have been doing this particular video workout twice a day and It's just the right level for me. I get a burn, a few endorphins kick in and I get a sense of achievement that I have been lacking the past few months. Thank you very much indeed.

Darling Girl. I'm a yogi, tennis player, gardener and biker. After 2 foot surgeries and a broken foot over the last 4 years, I have benefited from her videos more than most! I love your compassion! I'm the only fit person in my family so my mother and sister don't understand my pain at not being able to run. You totally understand. Thankyou so much. This vid really worked all the muscles that I used to work while running. During the prayer Russian twists I was grimacing at the workload and I LOVE a good exercise grimace. Thank you soooo much!! It has been 6 days since I twisted my ankle and I haven't worked out. Now I did and it feels amazing! I am a volleyball player and I normally have 5 trainings a week, but obviously I can't go becouse of my ankle injury. I really miss volleyball, but recovery is the most inportant right now. So thank you so much for this video, it was so nice to get my bidy moving again. If there are any christians reading my comment, please pray for my injury! Hi Caroline, I am a pretty serious athlete and sprained my ankle last week. It is the first injury I have had in a long time where I felt like I could do absolutely nothing, but you proved me wrong! Me the same! I am 10 days ankle post operation and not allowed to put any weight on my foot in 2 more weeks. Normally I do all type of outdoor and indoor sports like 6/week and now I am happy with these workouts! Usually doing 60 sec work/10 sec rest and its being really tough sometimes, I love that feeling

i had just started to working out at home bc i was getting to used to laying around due to our “quarantine life”. I was a week in of being consistent than i went out for groceries & I sprained my ankle :/ I was soo mad & have been a little down that my workout goals would be on pause for the next 4 weeks. Thanks to you, i was able to get a good workout in and feeling soo good! Thank you soo much. I love your positive words & energy. When I go to the doctor, I hear things like "never" and "can't" and just accept not being active or getting strong. With you, there is so much positivity and it is exactly what I need. THANK YOU AGAIN!! Your videos are so positive, so encouraging and challenging. I just saw my orthopod and he said my 3 week X-ray looks like a 6 week X-ray! Given that I already have some general age-related bone loss this was FANTASTIC and unexpected news. I am 100% certain that your RU-vid exercise videos have helped me to HEAL QUICKER than expected. I will be recommending them to any person I see with a boot on!!

I rolled my ankle while running back in January, and thankfully discovered your channel then. By now my ankle is pretty much recovered, but I still do your "hurt-foot" and other videos 3-4 times a week at least. Since my injury, I've changed my workout routine from heavy running/cardio to now alternating between floor barre and yoga. I love the way I feel and the results I've been seeing. Thank you so much for putting your content on RU-vid for everyone to access. You're an amazing coach, keep being awesome!!! xo

Dear Caroline, thank you so much for your workouts and perhaps even more than those for your huge positivity. I sprained my ankle twelve days ago with some partly ruptured ligaments and it just made me feel truly desperate and low since I'm quite a serious athlete and have been robbed of the opportunity to participate in national champs, European team cup etc., such as the possibility to perform entry standard for world championship. The fact that I cannot train hard makes me really unhappy and your videos help me to at least stay in shape and let my body recover for another challenges to come. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger!

Which has been a very frustrating experience, until I found your workouts. I have been doing them for 5 days and feel positive and stronger already. Hi Caroline! I just wanted to say how grateful I am that you made these videos. I am a competitive swimmer who loves to run, SCUBA, and overall be active. Last year around this time I had foot surgery and felt like I couldn't do any of the things I used to love until it was healed. I could feel myself getting weaker, but I didn't know what to do about it. This year I had the same surgery on the other foot and was nervous for the coming months. Stumbling across your videos has helped me stay active and feel great while healing. Thank you so much!!!

Thank you, I was very frustrated after 4 months without weight bearing on my foot - especially when the podiatrist would not hear me when I told him the boot was not helping my foot and was harming my knee and hip. Paid cash for a better podiatrist who had a better plan of action, started your Hurt Foot program, and am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel getting brighter.

Caroline!! Thank you so much for these hurt foot videos! I am on the home stretch of recovery from a car accident almost 10 years ago where I had a compound fracture to my ankle and talus navicular joint which had evolved into arthritis. I was walking bone on bone. On August 18, 2020 I finally got my right foot amputated after years of going to different orthopedic doctors trying to find a solution to the excruciating pain I had been and every single day I went to work on my feet. Now I am one week away from getting my prosthetic limb but it has been incredible to keep fit regardless of having a foot or not so thank you!was SO grateful when I saw “Footless Fitness,” a smile came to my face and my heart! Sweet! I am footless and I’m just tryna stay FIT!! :) thanks again!

I have just found your page today. I’ve been battling plantar fasciitis for almost a year and a half. Running is my exercise of choice but have struggled to do even a mile. I’ve tried everything to heal it and am very discouraged but your workout for injury rather than just a low impact option (as is normally offered) and your words of encouragement for the feet made my day! Thank you for this video! I sprained my ankle 3 weeks ago and have been miserable missing out on everything in the middle of summer! I have also gained probably 5 lbs from lack of exercise and eating my feelings about the situation. This was the kick in the butt I needed mentally (and physical). 🥰🥰

Thank you so much for a beautiful workout session..I have been trying to get in shape for months have be able to lose a few kgs, but with the foot injury I got 3 weeks ago I was not able to exercise and do running which I love the most.. Thank you for your videos! They are really helpful since I got my ankle injury. It's really motivating to know that I can still reach my fitness goals! I especially appreciate the positivity and encouragement you give out during your videos! The "injury prayer" exercise reminded me to send love to my body - it's been hard to not be frustrated right now, so it was a much welcomed reminder!

Can I say how much I appreciate all the foot injury videos you have made. I broke my ankle in October and your videos kept me going through my healing. My physio was so suprised by how fit I still was after I removed my walking boot. Last week, I have started the "couch to 5k" program to slowly ease myself back into running, which has me running 3x a week, but I still come back to your exercises because they're excellent for doing non-leg exercises (arms and abs), so I don't just train my legs. Thank you for all these great exercises and for being such a joyful person! The upbeat vibe of your videos really helped keeping me in the mood when I was annoyed at my pain.

This is my second year getting a reconstructive foot surgery. I’m sixteen and super active and I’m a varsity dancer. These videos have been so helpful getting me through three months of no walking! thank you so much :)

Thank you so much for these. I fractured my foot a week and a half ago and the recovery/healing is moving so slow and feels really discouraging. I enjoy the gym and working out, mostly bc I like to eat too. Lol. But really, not being able to work out has been difficult for me and I worry about loosing muscle and don't want to gain weight so these have helped so much.

Thank so much! Posterior tibial tendonitis has stolen running from me a year ago... it had improved a lot but I just had a flare-up and now it is also making walking and cycling difficult. Hiking is my big passion and I really want to stay fit whilst also healing. Exercise makes me feel good and happy, I really don't know how to cope without. I am so so pleased you have put these videos on here- thank you!!
