This is a recipe for homemade nutritious and healthy bread, easy to prepare and without flour 😉
Ingredients:
300 g gluten-free oat flakes
30 g chia seeds
500 ml hot water
100 g flax seeds (chopped)
100 g sunflower seeds
50 g nuts
50 g pumpkin seeds
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin (optional)
3 tbsp olive oil
