●Ingredients
Bread flour for baguette 250g (or bread flour 200g + cakeflour 50g can be used)
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon honey
Warm water 160-170 ml
● How to make
Dissolve dry yeast and honey in water at a temperature similar to human skin
Put flour and salt in a bowl and mix, then add yeast water and mix.
For 2-3 minutes, hold the base of the spatula and rub it against the side of the bowl to mix.
After a 15-minute break, stretch and fold, leave for another 15 minutes, and then do a second stretch and fold, then ferment at room temperature until doubled. *about 1 hour at room temperature of 20 ° C/68℉. Hot days are early and cold are time consuming. If the room temperature is too low, fermentation will be difficult, so please place it in a slightly warm place.

Baking 230 ° C/446℉ steam and preheating the baking plate together
Baking time 15 to 18 minutes, if the baking color becomes too much on the way, lower it to 200 ° C/392℉.
▼ Stewed pork berry and beans
●Ingredients
400g Pork berry
500g Boiled beans
1 large potato
1/2 to 1 carrot
1/2 large onion
10g Butter (for stir fry)
2 tablespoons of tomato puree
3 tablespoons of paprika powder
1 cup of water
● How to make
1. Slice the onions and cut the potatoes and carrots into pieces that are easy to eat.
Cut the pork into large pieces and salt and pepper.
2. Put butter in a warm frying pan, fry the onions, add paprika powder, tomato puree and 1 cup of water and simmer lightly.
3. Warm a large saucepan, add salad oil, and add pork with flour (not included).
When the surface is browned, add enough water to cover it and simmer for about 15 minutes.
4. Add potatoes and carrots to the pan and simmer a little more until cooked (approx. 10 minutes).
5. Add 2 onions to the pan and simmer for another 10 minutes.
6. Add beans, simmer for another 10 minutes on low heat, and add salt and pepper to taste.
7. You can eat it right away, but once it cools down and let the taste blend in, it will be even more delicious, so I recommend it.

はじめまして。捏ねないという言葉に惹かれ作りました‼️ 成形後の発酵の時にラップがくっついてしまって、トホホでしたが焼けたらなんとかなりました。RU-vidとブログ楽しく拝見させていただきます✨
