@@Ozzy-gf4kv were forced to release way too early by big publisher like Sony. It is the same how EA destroyed may other legendary studios. They are just lucky that they are much smaller scale and independent, thus allowing them to keep on financing the long update march post release.

Please don’t speak for everyone. Praising no man’s sky shows the gaming industry that releasing broken games and patching them up later is an acceptable business practice.

​@@winxwest2964I've been playing NMS since the Foundation Update, and yes you are absolutely right. I've gone throught most of these updates and the game as become even better. But still thats a wrong practice. The game shouldn't have release in that barebones state even tho its not their fault. Still we should be thankful that they sticked together and fixed it.

What did the industry learn about Larian? that you can have a game be in EA for 3 years and still have class bugs on release version? Or how to have 2 companions with no content for the last act? Or literally 5 endings that are just a slightly different cutscene? The only thing they can learn about Larian is that as long as the first act is polished (thanks to EA) it doesn't matter if the end is unfinished cos the play a game for 20 hours and never finish it Randy's will give it a 10/10 anyways.
