Hey man, great video! I have a smaller ATV for my kid and we put a new AGM battery in it but it won't charge. Voltage is good at the battery but when cranking it drops to 3V DC. Thoughts?
battery shouldnt go below 10v possible bad battery or bad connection somewhere or even a bad starter. as for the dying could be carb but I would replace the ignition coil I have seen them go bad many times.
Quad jumps with jump box. Runs great until you stop. Added extra lights. Disconnect same issue. Recently changed cdi, ignition coil, plug. Could use guidance on everything else ylu covered
Hey brother i dont mean to be a bother but if u could offer some knowledge i would greatly appreciate it, my daughter has the same bike exact same amd it died on her and now it has no power, battery has juice and i changed the bus fuse. Do u have any ideas
probably the stator but also could be the pulser or the cdi or coil. now we need to take some ohm tests. call me its easier than texting. with an ohm meter we can diagnosed in 10 min 4803229107 send text first I dont answer numbers I dont recognize
I got the same bike for my daughter. She rolled it over and after it won’t hold charge. I got it used so I thought maybe the battery was bad. Replaced battery and still doesn’t start. Will only start if I power jump it but when she comes to a stop it will die out. Any idea ?
hi thx for watching. first thing I would try is the ignition coil the thing that powers the spark plug. I have actually had the same issue recently. the battery in this system only powers the lights and the starter. so if it dies during running not the battery. also you could be having a problem with the stator or its wiring. but start with the ignition coil
Hi. I have a problem with my chinese 150cc Battery is new I checked that starter motor - its working Replaced the relay, spark plug, spark plug connection, cdi box but still not start at not. Brake light is working but when I pressed the ignition button, nothig happened, not even trying to start. But still not starting at all.
most of the chinese bikes you have to pull the brake to start some times the switch in the brake goes bad or the contacts for the actual start switch is no good. jump the wires together for the brake switch at the handlebars and see if that does it
