Ingredients:
Dough:
200 ml lukewarm milk (¾ cup +1 tbsp)
200 ml lukewarm water (¾ cup +1 tbsp)
20 g fresh yeast (¾ oz)
3 tbsp sugar
100 ml vegetable oil (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp)
600 g all-purpose flour (5 cups)
pinch of salt
Filling:
4 pears
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp cinnamon
For smearing:
1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk
Baking pan diameter: 25 cm
Bake:
180°C (356 °F ) Conventional 20 minutes
160 - 165°C (320 - 329°F) convection oven for 15 - 20 minutes
