I go to bed at night with all the updated and new ingredients you bring every week. I was recently given this as a gift… I can’t believe what a wonderful difference it has made to my skin. It actually feels beautifully hydrated and… I’m not sure I can explain it exactly. I will definitely repurchase this item and I’m so incredibly grateful to the wonderful woman who purchased it for me. Incase anyone is interested: my skin can be sensitive, tends to be a little dehydrated and dry. But i felt that it has been fine… until I tried this and realised how wrong I was. It’s wonderful.

I’ve used prescription retinol for a while. This year I needed more hydration before applying the tretinoin so started the Amino Acids + B5. Great product! I often use it in the morning too under my SPF.

Ive been using the AHC cream since you mentioned it last year. The stuff is wonder in a tube! Its definitely made such a difference to my dry, mature skin. Paired with the EGF serum and my Reedle shot, Im in heaven. That VT Reedle shot stuff is amazing. I had quite large pores on my chin and after just a few days of introducing that to my routine I noticed they were less obvious and the skin smoother. Im hooked. You were promoting copper peptides recently. The Ordinary's Multi-peptides + copper peptides 1% also has amino acids (and Matrixyl which I've started using with Argeriline and I like how it feels). I'm starting to think TO's M-p+cp would be a good all-in-one for me instead of all these different products. In your opinion, is the separate amino acids + b5 you recommend here still a better way to go (concentration-wise?). Is it still more efficient to apply different products or do you think the Multi-pep + copper would be a great way to get copper peptides, plus enough amino acids and Matrixyl all in one?

I love the Ordinary Amino Acid serum, but I stopped using it because I'm using peptides. (For those who don't know, peptides are chains of linked amino acids.) I read somewhere (wish I could find the source again!) that peptides can cancel each other out, and to avoid mixing peptides. So I thought that adding amino acids to my routine might have the same effect.

Hi Rob, I'm struggling with my evening skincare routine due to tiredness. I'm thinking of doing my skin care as soon as the sun goes down. Would micellar water, MAS Cleanser, TO Amino Acid, MAS Super Serum, MAS Oil, Stratia Interface followed by MAS Moisturiser work? I have mature, combination, and slightly sensitive skin. I love you, but as a vegan, I'm offended by this video :D - Amino-acids can't be synthesized inside a human body or even any other animal body for that matter. They can only be converted from one kind to another. - The only source (that we can rely on) is photosynthesis. So the only source (we can rely on) is plants. When you eat aminoacids from animals, you're eating recycled plant aminoacids. - There is some use for individual aminoacids, but they're mainly important for protein synthesis. So when talking about diet, terms aminoacids and proteins are being used interchangeably. Aminoacids are the building blocks of protein. - Plant sources of protein (and in turn aminoacids) is just as useable as animal sources when it comes to diet. The aminoacid profile of beans for example is better than beef. - Quinoa is great, but people using aminoacids as a buzzword with it is not correct. There are many other plants that are way richer and have better quality protein (aminoacid profile). - Peptides are made of aminoacids too. They're fragments of protein. You can think of it as aminoacids attached to each other, but they're missing some, so they're not a complete protein.

I’m sorry, but this is incorrect. If you take a biochemistry class you learn all the ins and outs of amino acid synthesis in humans. It’s well established. We can’t synthesize all of them, but we can synthesize some. I do agree with you though about plant sources of protein being excellent.

@@pandorable55555 My wording was maybe unclear... English is not my first language. Synthesizing (or what I called conversion) requires the mediation of other aminoacids. You need to introduce an amine group into an organic molecule to trigger animation - conversion into a required non-essential aminoacid.

I keep waiting for someone, somewhere, to talk about andrographis panniculata extract. :D I'm giving up on retinal for now. :D It's just... magic. I chuck the extract powder in a centella serum or toner, about 2 capsules to 60 mls, and boom... My skin even heals in the daytime when I use it. ... I should look into this, though, or alternatives. I love your way of explaining why you should use something, why you maybe shouldn't and giving hacks or tips about something else to use instead (and, again, explaining why 😁) I often find that channels like this talk about certain products, maybe 3-4 (depending on whats trending at the time) combined but doesn't take "a grip" of the bigger picture, (the whole smorgosboard as we say in Sweden), for us that's totally gone lost in the skin care jungle 🫣😃 Hope you have the time and energy to consider such a big ask 🙏🤩 I do think a lot of people would appreciate it, not just me 🤗 Thank you again for your great channel and all the best to you 🥰 👍

I started using TO amino acids after watching a vid from you and then Miss Ash i have dry skin and wanted something to boost hydration along side the usual HA etc i do however find it a little sticky but i believe i possibly was just using too much or it was just in a routine with too many other serums maybe. I was thrilled at the consistency because i love watery serums they usually sink in.so fast so i was quite surprised at them drying sticky.. ive now reduced to 2 good drops as opposed to 4 or 5 and i actually add it to another serum for application and its helping alot with stickiness. Its the little tricks eh hahaah but definitely 100% noticed a big difference in my hydration levels so i will for sure "stick " ha 😂 with it !!
