Zesa is poorly managed. They should have bakkies that are able to assist thse abnormal load trucks. The bakkies should have hydraulic lifts fitted in the bakkies and when such trucks are coming, they are advised by the road authorities and act accordingly. The men in the bakkie are to short to raise all the three power lines.
