Use some Flex seal

If it's a plastic tank you should be able to get it plastic welded. Body shops should be able to do this but i may be mistaken.

What fuel ratio did you run any change from the normal 50:1?

Does the boost bottle should works better upside down?

Are the normal n2o capsules or are the larger and who yes from where you get them

To keep the button from getting stuck you need a pressure regulator between the button and bottle to keep the pressure from overloading and keeping the button from going down its only rated for a certain amount of pressure.

Jb Welding it I JB Welded my GAS TANK on my Quad because it Sprung a leak and after I did the JB weld it never leaked again

The N2O needs to spray into the mouth of the carb, NOT AFTER IT!! The way you have it set up injects the N2O after the carb, causing the fuel air mixture to become super lean, which'll cause a holed piston.

When running NO² always richen fuel mixture.

You do realize that you are running the engine super lean when you are hitting the nos? You are giving it more oxygen in the NOS gas but not any more fuel. That causes you to lose some power. (Or if not lose power, then you are only wasting the nitrous by not getting any benefits.) You are suppose to see a clear difference when you hit it. And also, all the racing/track/drag scooters have the nos nozzle on the intake side of the car. I have been tinkering around with 2-strokes for long time now, and have been reading alot about any kinds of tune-ups on them. With a dry nos kit like yours, you should be giving it more fuel somehow. Because more fuel + more oxygen (the O in the NOS) + cooling effect of the nitrous gas = more power

Everyone who says it doesn’t work is wrong , the Co2 ones do not work at all ,the no2 carts do work

Try some Opoxy Puddy to Patch the tank, after it cures, you can sand and paint it. and its about $5 a tube, depending on where you buy.

he says hes testing it so he doesnt have to waste a cartridge by having to pull it out bc the button wont work... continues to waste one to test it lmao

I might be stupid but what is the purpose of the boost bottle not new to mechanics but know nothing about nos

By installing the n20 jet directly to the engine, the pressure inside the engine forces its way up the n20 tube. This may be why the button jams. When you are able to press it in, the n20 has to fight against the pressure as well. As the pressures equalize the flow of n20 will stop but the overall pressure will remain. This explains why the cartridge shot out as the pressure was released when you unscrewed it. 🤓 let’s be grateful it didn’t hit you as a cartridge could contain over 100psi 👍

LOL come on now that's funny that is not a flaw in the nitrous kit that is your own mistake that you put a hole in your tank with a pressured nitrous tank trying to unscrew the fastener that holds it in have you ever done research on nitrous in a real nitrous tank there's is usually over 700 lb of pressure in it you want to make sure them little tanks are empty before you try to release the cap that holds them in the container you want to empty those completely
