The plaintiff says she paid the defendant to fix a broken window at her house, but he took off without doing the work. She called and called, and then the cops said she was harassing him. The defendant says the plaintiff called the state police and accused him of a crime just a few hours after he left, and he lost his job because she complained to his boss.

Even her husband is sick of her bull😂😂 "JUST ANSWER THE QUESTION!" Her sweet act in the hallway was a shout too late😫 She's certainly impulsive...proven by how quickly she ran to the police and how she couldn't keep her mouth shut in court.

It annoys me the way the judge demands to be addressed properly, yet thinks it's ok to call the defendant "dude". So unprofessional.

Poor guy lost his job and home all because she called the law on him after two days. She's awful.

If a contractor ask for all of the money up front. GET AWAY FROM THEM. I'm a plumbing contractor. We usually ask for half at the start. The rest at the end.

She was too quick to assume the worst. I do believe her actions definitely put a dent in his world. I say this as a GC. We have dealt with subs being late and unresponsive at times and we have never involved the law. Guess what... they always do show up and finish the work. She knew it was foolish to pay all up front and punished him for her bad judgment. SMDH.

I don't understand this world. Someone does work for you, you get it in writing the cost the work and what was paid. Period.

She made false allegations of theft, how did he steal anything when the materials still had to be ordered. How did she possibly think she could hire him on the Saturday and all 3 jobs would be finished by the Sunday morning and called the police that same afternoon. She sounds like a really nasty old Karen...
