I’ve always wanted a big sister as well. Found out that I have one on my dad side but she does not want anything to do with me. I believe it’s due to the fact that we don’t share the same mother. Therefore I’m looked at as the outcast (even though neither my mom or hers married my dad). But imma tell you one thing, God has sent some INCREDIBLE sisters in my life. Some white some black it don’t matter. It’s what their heart does to me and what we share together. I hope they remain sisters as well regardless of what DNA says. They seem to be tight like glue anyways❤️❤️❤️

It’s possible that the 14 year old could’ve been molested or raped and is unable to tell her child. I’m not saying that this is the case but I know of some cases like that.

Very true but when sleeping around unprotected there's a much higher chance that things end up like this case.

2/3 of my children where conceived on birth control. I’ve been in the same relationship for years. But there are women who are protected and still can get pregnant. Condoms also have one of the highest pregnancy rates out of all birth control. Spermatozoa have been recorded to live up to even 14 days after ejaculation. There are dozens of situations where this can happen without people sleeping around unprotected. Education is free.

Birth control mishaps are something entirely different but aside from that when you have multiple sex partners and hoping around from person to person unprotected you're more at risk to not know the father of your children. But being on birth control and something goes awry is something else even though you could still end up like in this case who knows. Frankly anything is a possibility when you're having sex.

Respectfully: There is a more significant concern here; the defendant's mother was only 14 when she had her daughter. It's easy to judge what people in these situations should have and should not have done when you don't 'know' their background. A 14 year old is either in 8th grade or a freshman in high school - how much do you want from them when in these situations? Instead, take this time to thank God you did not have a similar path.

This was my same thought! Still a very unfortunate situation either way. And now these women must deal with something that was never their fault.

@@dredey1971 I appreciate your efforts to understand. That's why the dialog. To answer your question, no. No nuances or justifications for 14 yo children as they are not able to consent or legally enter into a contract. Moral issues are another topic of discussion that also forbid it. Look at the pain this caused these young women who were victims of others decisions. Sometimes the parent's karma is visited upon the children.
