This one really impressed me. I'm still not sure which chapter was my favourite...

Whoa, that was _all kinds_ of creative!! I loved absolutely everything about these "bitesized" games, except that I wanted more. Intriguing visuals, _very_ effective sound, some cool mechanics and gameplay, a fast pace--all so different yet strangely cohesive. I wish more devs would think w-a-a-a-y outside the box like this. Plus, 100 thumbs up for a creepy drive with CJU. CJU driving _and_ whispering--1,000 thumbs up.😆

Came for horror, stayed for ASMR

I know I'm supremely late to this, but this was an incredible collection of games. Especially Repeat Repeat Compulsion. Chris's reaction when the guy said "Stop" and he immediately said "Hammer time" was perfect

I think one of the stand out points for me was the voice acting. For being one of the most creative games of the past few years the thing that took it from great to amazing was how believable the voice actors sounded

Wow. These games are on a whole other level...almost like something from the future. They're not only unique, but have this sort of weird nostalgia to them.

This is by far one of the most entertaining videos from CJU in a long while in my opinion, it's just so different to many of the copied asset Unity games that a lot of indie devs do, it really freaked me out soo much.

These seemed simple, yet these games really packed a punch! I loved the style. The black and white reminded me of the movie "Sin City". And the games where you couldn't see anything, really boosted your imagination. I was skeptical at first, but then I was really surprised how good this was. Well done!😁👍

I wasn't expecting some quality ASMR in this channel, Chris... In another universe, CJU-ASMR exists. Anyway, what a weird and interesting collection of games. I really liked the visuals, although I didn't understand what was happening in most of the games lol But it's extremely varied and surreal.

47:20 this game REALLY needed subtitles because I barely understood anything. But those were some cool games. I think I liked the car drive the most.

That was an incredible thrill ride! The first game did a great job hooking me and boy did it never let up. Super creative, great visuals and stellar audio. I absolutely loved this.

The variety of styles and level of creativity was beyond my expectations! I can't really choose with chapter I liked the best... From gaming perspective I think the audio one, from watching your playing performance - that would definitely be good old whispering one. No one whisper "Hello!" in such style like Chris!

U never cease to amaze me. The fact that you're always finding such unique games, often the ONLY gamer to find them, puts u right up there with Markiplier and jacksepticeye, Coreykinshin, and Kubz Scouts. RU-vid's algorithm has GOT to be messed up 🧐 cuz for as long as I've been watching u, I cannot understand 🤔 how u haven't reached at least a million subs by now. This was fantastic and unique, I think the audio was my favorite thing about it - definitely kept my imagination going during the scenes with no visuals. I really liked the small bits of music/beats too. Not to mention the art is super creepy and cool. Thanks for showing this to us Chris!

Also still epic when you first start as your usual excited animated self ... then discover the "death meter" and your audio goes into smooth calming whispers even through the jump scares "oh good, I didn't die" around 13:03 (If only I could sound so smooth while I was about to poop from fear) #teamrewatch #ASMR

I really like these, they're a little bizarre and very unique. I think the first one is my favorite, it's definitely the spookiest and I really enjoyed the asmr xD I also love the creature in the "I hit something" game, makes me wish it was a bit longer, I wanna see more of that thing lol

The way Chris started to whisper in Splitscreen turned that gmae almost into actual creepy pasta urban explorers video :D

A curious experience to say the least, but amazing! I really liked the game without images, just sounds. The sounds were just perfect, really good.

I think the game with audio only was the most interesting one. Really tense, nice intrigue.

Love the long games heaps more than short cut clips. It's relaxing just sitting back and watching.

A crazy set of horror games. Not a huge fan of it, but appreciate the variety in the gameplay of the games.

This kind of felt like a series of really strange nightmares :D

Lots of creativity in this one, and if you're asking me to choose just one, I can't. My top favorites was the split screen (first game), that bit where you rely heavily on the audio to click or type your movements, and that last one with the cop's perspective. The others were fairly impressive as well, but I find these 3 to be the most impressive.

Chris: This is "Repeat. Repeat. Compulsion." Chris: Right. Let's see. Let's see. This made me smile. The rhythm of how you said it is so good my brain found happiness.

What also made this a surreal and creepy experience for me, is that early Weds morn at 3am, I was snoozing all warm an cozy, then I hear this voice, _"Hey, get up, he wants to see you."_ I thought, whaaa.. Then began to drift back to sleep and the voice says, _"Get up!"_ I woke, searched the place, but nothing. In the Repeat game the voice keeps say, "Wake up!" ...hate it when the Shine interrupts my sleep. 👻

This telescope story is heavily inspired by an illustration by unomoralez. Unfortunately I can't link it or the the comments gets deleted but he deserves credit for it.

I really liked this! But... I would've liked it more if one was thoroughly fleshed out rather than 8 smaller games- I still get the appeal and a bigger 1 hour game solely focused on one the games probably wouldn't attract as many. I say that because my favorite was the monster peeking, and taking people from the sky but it was like a minute long.

This was really cool and inventive, but I _wish_ it had subtitles... because those effects on the voices make understanding the dialogue really tough.

Would be a great game for Halloween night. Nostalgia galore with echoes of Max Headroom and the music in the driving game sounded like an inverted version of "Every Breath You Take" by the Police. The look up game reminded me Marathon Man. The audio was like the ZBS productions radio dramas recorded in binural sound and broadcast on NPR. They produced Stephen King's "The Mist" and audio horror tales from other countries.

Repeat.Repeat.Compulsion was like being inside a delay pedal. Too enthusiastic about that Delay repeats number on the sound design.

I have two thoughts on it. The first is that it reminds me of those late night programmes you used to get in the 90's/00's like .. Eurotrash? Bite sized really weird clips with odd filters that was quite entertaining lol. The second thought is I liked the body cam perspective, I think it should be used more in games. Very immersive, felt like I was watching a news clip you were narrating lol

I'm gonna tie these all together fan theory styl Game 1 You perform a ritual that brings a dark God into our world leads into Game 2 The Dark God enslaves humanity locking you and everybody else to your apartment. You eventually bet the Dark God at a game of Super Punchout leads into Game 3 You left the building and after stealing a car you escape the spawn of the God on the road leads into Game 4 Living on the run for a while now you are relly depressed, suddenly in the sky, your pal Dark God found you and invited some buddies to come and troll you. After playing catch with you as the ball, they let you live so they can play with you agian later. leads into Game 5 The Gods show up at your house heavily intoxicated, and chase you around the house as you hide from them. You find your resolve and shot one in the face, and fled out the back leaving police to fight with the dark Gods. TO BE CONTINUED

I can tell there was a lot of care and effort put into these. Very nice style. Decent voice acting.👍

This was a brilliant game some of the best and actual genuinely scary games that you have played in such a long time the creative integrity was definitely present you can see different interpretations from perhaps the same engine I love the implied horror, and genuine sense of unease and anxiety my favorites were the first one intermission and the last one. I love that this was a catchall type of game for any horror game lover. Love the dark psychology of the game with masterful undertones of analogue horror. This was brilliant I hope they continue making more of this series. It's like they took the midnight tales volumes 1 and 2 and mixed it with the VHS movie series. Ugh I desire more 🥺😭 I wish there would have been a frame story for the whole thing but other than that small critique this is solid gold. Gives me hope for the future of horror games 👌
