As a former teacher in the school system, my eyes have been opened to so many issues in our world. I have encountered individuals who choose to be asleep because the pressure of being awake is too much. I just haven't remained the same since my awakening and will continue to educate myself and seek to be a positive influence on society one day at a time.
How do I awaken? I feel asleep 😢 I don't feel like I'm doing anything important, I feel like I just repeat the same cycle over and over again, I get bored a lot and I always feel like I'm wasting my time. I have goals and stuff I wanna do with my life, but I just can't seem to focus on them. I feel like I AM asleep. How do I change that? I see so many spiritual people who look like they have everything figured out and know what to do, but I'm not spiritual at all. I don't know what to do. I feel so lost.

Do not believe everything that is told to you. Research, read, and study the things that are going on in our world and how they affect us. As someone who is spiritual and a follower of Christ, I would recommend reading the bible for yourself as it is a wealth of knowledge. I will make another video on this topic to provide more tips and I will share my journey as well. 😊
It's so real that tons of people are walking around depressed and demoralized. I feel like I have to keep my successes and happiness to myself because I can't relate to the bleakness anymore! I always try to keep the mood up, but I don't share that many personal details anymore. Life is as good as you have the courage to make it!

Yes but if you truly measure our way of life compared to our ancestors - objectively our standard of life is much better in most metrics .. yet we are more hollow and depressed yet we have much better mental health awareness on 2023 than we did on say 1980. I honestly don’t know what is happening to cause this but social media probably isn’t helping
Mass trauma may be a good and logical explanation for all of this since we have been in this whiplash scenario going from one crisis to the next for a while. It is not sustainable and most choose to disengage or act out.
^^THIS!! As someone who before 2020, was able to shake things off easily and move forward... I am not this person anymore. I am a healthcare worker who worked throughout Covid. The weekly changes to policies, the uncertainty, the lack of PPE, the uncertainty of what we were walking into everyday... that took a major toll on my mind and I feel like I've been in a constant state of anxiety since then. A definite form of PTSD. Also, I'm from Minneapolis, so the George Floyd riots was another "whiplash scenario" for sure. Also, people's extreme addiction to social media/algorithms creating so much divisiveness and ridiculous amounts of misinformation. Just so many things that have created this weird world we live in now. I'm ready to go off the grid!

Everything has been awfully political for the past 5 years and I noticed a shift in people back in 2019, people are more angry and anxious than usual, and I feel like people are heavily programed. People don't think for themselves anymore, people go with whatever without thinking about it, and people are quick to attack you when you speak your mind and object about things. Very strange times we're living in today.
social media incentivises people to "react" passively, and penalises tranquility and mindful thoughfulness. it gives your nervous system reasons to be angry, and the algorythm priorises that type of content for clicks and ultimately, money.
Sometimes it feels like Halloween Town when all of the citizens turned evil.. Everyone's on edge. I can feel it when setting foot outside of the house. Even grocery shopping. Ppl seem ready to snap on each other. Super weird. I try not to take it personal.
i know what you mean. i feel the same way. ever since 2020 it felt like these years didn't count, even though they do. like time stopped but we're still aging. that and media like movies and tv shows haven't been the best. everybody's so focused on the 90's and 80's and early 2000's that this decade doesn't really have an identity of its own, besides like social issues and drama.
They look back on that time because SM didnt exist and it was the last time for the years to come that we lived in the present momnet that things were better because SM didnt exist.

Exactly, like I understand that people get affected by things differently but it’s draining to be around it when you’re the only one making an effort. It’s a drag because it’s how projections come about. I’d rather just keep it moving with my best interests in mind because too many are just influenced.

2020 I lost myself and relapsed back on heavy smoking and drinking. I finally was getting myself together and since then I’ve been numb to reality. People are living a lie pretending everything’s ok

I feel bad for you that you hit 18 in 2020. I had so much fun from 18-late 20s in the 2000s, cause friends were always down to get together on a whim or go to a random party where they wouldn't know anyone. The pandemic definitely shifted that social aspect for everybody, sadly that it happened in your prime social years. But even without the pandemic, there has definitely been a shift with people your age where everyone seems to have social anxiety and don't like to do anything out of their comfort zone. It seems like its hard to get anyone out of the house these days.

I think is just adulthood, we just arrived to adulthood and we are tired, and is such a new experience for us young adults because we still remember how it was to be young and hopefull and then you grow up and noticed that everyone who is an adult is tired and the world is a mess and you start to become like those adults, which to me is a really interesting experience, gives me more perspective and helps me understand why people stoped caring at some point. I hope that we can start caring again, in the meanwhile I wish the best to the current youth.

YES!! I've had heavy ebbs and flows since 2020, then spiraled more into DP/DR when writing a book. Mental illness on the rise realizing the sleep so many of us have been stuck in with this autopilot behavior without questioning it. Even my son was like "Why do we have to be in school for 8 hours every day? A few hours to learn sure, but 8 hours a day??" And we both decided to make changes. I know there's been stuff about "the awakening" and I kind of feel that's where a lot of us are. Not that we didn't see the corruption before, but it's almost like we snapped out of a dream state and realized just how much needs changed, yet a paralyze of "where do we begin?"

Here's a few reasons some may be mad: Gov and authorities got together and forced poison on us over several years of various threats and lies. Many killed & maimed. We're being sprayed like bugs on a regular basis (those things are not clouds). Money has been printed into oblivion and made near worthless, making it near impossible for most normal workers. I have noticed this 2 years ago. I fell into a depression 2 years ago since also, sometimes I feel like it’s a dark night of the soul, maybe for other people too. We’re departing into being commercialized versions of ourselves, while losing our own soul. I’m going to say something matrix-like, we are living in the matrix.

So im not the only one and rather, far from the only one. I am no longer the person I was. I realized just a few days ago that quarantine made me who I am today. It feels like ALL of my current self. Plus being stuck inside, probably on our phones, showed us how awful the world is. My emotional attachment to many is severed for this reason. I am quite emotionally desensitized, and a large part of me is interacting with the world in small snips, at a distance. If not for my core friend group, I wouldn't feel rooted to this planet.

Also, my childhood bullies from 2000-2012 they all got their karma lmao 😂 they’re eating their words what they said about me… and they’re treated the same way they treated me 😂 I learned about narcissism fully in 2020.. then discovered Barbie: Life in the Dreamhouse (we are living in that series IRL) all to learn my whole life was a lie, and my narcissistic parents set me up to fail in life cos I learned about it online and on TikTok smh 🤦🏻♀️ My childhood from 2000-2012 was a wild ride 😊
