In this video we will talk about the fiance visa process (k1), in particular, the Notice of Action 2 also known as the Form i797.
How long does the NOA2 take?
This is one of the most important and longest steps of the fiance visa process.

Hello! Your videos are very helpful, thank you! today we received the 2 notice and it’s so excited!!! They already tell us that my interview will be in Ciudad Juárez, but in the next notice that we are going to receive is where we will get more information about the medical exam and the interview?

What if the I-797 notice of action is valid for only three months, for example; Nov 1 thru Feb 28. and your interview is three months after expiration date.. would we have a problem at the interview?? Or at the embassy?? Please help a friend out.

Hey guys! Great help on the videos! Same scenario here, but we are almost at the end, fiancee is from Mexico, on Feb 1st 2018 we received an email from NVC that our case was sent to Ciudad Juarez, Mexico! On Feb 10th 2018, I checked the visa status online and it said “READY” and last update was from them was on Feb 8th 2018 Do you think we would get our letter for interview any time soon? 1-2 weeks On that letter, do they give you an interview date? Or we need to schedule? Thx

Hi Christian! Glad you liked the videos. Just wait a little more and you will be receiving an email with instructions on how to schedule your interview. You decide when to have it. Remember to schedule the fingerprints appointment before the consulate interview. Good luck!

Not the NOA2, you need to wait for another letter that will tell you to interview. Good luck Mona.

Hola! My prometido acaba de recibir NOA2 pero no muestra el consulado de Mexico al que debo ir para la entrevista que es Ciudad Juárez. Eso es un problema? Otra cosa la fecha donde dice válido de fecha x a fecha x significa el tiempo dentro del cual debemos agendar la cita para entrevista?

Lizeth Sánchez la entrevista la tenes que agenda vos y además tenes que aún espetar la carta del NVC para poder seguir el proceso.

Got mine too and it doesn't list the name either. Gives me an NVC address in New Hampshire

@@butterfly26145 I've had to call USCIS and ask why mine was blank. It looks like they changed their process a little. After getting the NOA2 they do send the petition to the NVC for processing. The once they finish, they email you and give instructions for the next step, filling the DS-160. The Consulate that you listed in your I-129f petition will get an electronic copy. OllyandBea have a couple videos explaining the process a bit better

Hola, súper todos los vídeos gracias son de mucha ayuda! Mi novio y yo estamos esperando el NOA2 desde Febrero que recibimos el NOA 1! Ahora mi pregunta es, la carta donde te dicen. Sobre los exámenes medicos donde llega esa carta?! Por email? A que email al mio que soy la pedida o a mi novio que es el americano!!! Me preocupa esa carta!!

Hola ForeverLu, Que bueno que te ayudaron los videos. No hay carta de examenes médicos que te llega, el examen médico lo haces cuando quieras pero tiene que ser antes de la entrevista. Saludos.

Si correcto, pero hay una carta que nos envian a nosotros con las instrucciones para la entrevista, más evidencias y demas! Tu llegaste a recibir esas instrucciones por email o por correo postal?! Tu novia fue copiada en el email?!

Ya te entendí. Así es, me llegaron cartas al domicilio que puse en los formularios al igual que los correos electrónicos con las instrucciones para agendar la cita. Tu escoges cuando agendarla. Al examen médico vas cuando te sea más conveniente. Éxito!

Hi Jennifer! It depends on many factors but you can check your processing times on the following website egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do We are making another video on how to do this. It usually takes around 6-8 months because the demand is so high at the moment.

@@andreapandey1951 have you received your NOA2? I mailed my package on April 24, 2018 and received my NOA2 on October 12... Now we are just waiting for the NVC package, is this right?
