Good eating! My old man was a hobby rancher. Always had 5 or 6 Angus and a Buffalo or 3. He ate Chicago style 3 times a week. Mostly a butter base. He died too young but very happy. God bless everyone. That’s good eating.
I almost always go from fridge to grill, never found a difference in cook time so I prefer to go fridge to grill. Most it’ll sit out is the time it takes for the grill to warm up.
Definitely let me know if you do, makes such a great crust! I hear ya in the wagyu, I had my doubts when I used it too but as you can see, it turned out great! Also helped that I got a sweet deal on it too!
