Phantomneko I feel like N-zaps can be pretty easy to pick up, cuz it’s very fast and it’s pretty easy to splat people, not just fast with run speed, but decently fast by itself!

Hey Etce? I just wanted to say that this video helped launch me into really wanting to get Splatoon 2, and since then (a year+ and more than 600+ hours invested), the '83 is my most used weapon by a long shot. You're a huge inspiration! I hope one day I have the honor of meeting you on the battlefield. On another note, I did actually get to play with LuigiHugs in one of my S+ Splat Zones games and I was like "I REMEMBER YOU FROM ETCE'S VIDEOS!" (And we won, too; unfortunately I dropped an X-Rank placement match when I had Metatai on my team X_X)
I just do happen to main N-Zap (and I’ve done a few vids with it), so I might as well give you a few pointers, Etce: Having run speed is useful, but you don’t need a ton of it. 3 subs works fine for me at least. To kill in 1v1 situations, you basically rely on spacing out your opponents with inking turf until you can overwhelm with speed. The N-Zap kills only one frame faster than Splat Pro, so moving quickly and landing all your shots is super important. Due to this, it isn’t a very good idea to jump around while trying to kill, since Main Up doesn’t boost accuracy on N-Zap. Anyway, I hope you found this useful!

Months down the line, it's safe to say this video made me appreciate the heck out of this N'Zap. First weapon I got a badge with, easily ^_^ (I also had a round of Splat Zones with Luigi Hugs in S+ recently! I assume it was the same one; he was a fantastic teammate!)

I'm not really sure I'm not a big meta fan of everything and I suck The N-Zap '89 works well for me despite having a weak kit, but N-Zaps are good at pushing back a bit with range and turf coverage.
I used N-Zap in Splat One. Back in that game i got a lot of kills with it, as it showee where the enemies where so i flanked them all and it was recharged by the time they respawned and got back to the same area as me =b I haven't played much Splat two yet though, just been busy
I love the N-zaps. I love the strafing speed and I was low-key a master at it about a year ago. But then I just stopped using it in favor of the jet squelcher and then the kensa splattershot and now I'm rusty :/ Also why 7:40 Etce? You literally scared the piss out of me 😰
Run speed is pretty much the only ability I’ll certainly use for N-Zap. Lemme just SPRINKLE in some puns for this weapons. Don’t mean to RAIN on anyone’s parade tho
The N zap is the best shooter. High mobility, good ink coverage, and decent DPS. All the other shooters feel too focused on one thing (gal/pro have high DPS, Jr/ aero have good ink coverage, ect)
It's basically the fact that the N-zap has really fast movement speed while firing, especially while using run speed up. It makes you harder to hit, but it's also harder to aim.
