Yet another yummy recipe, loved it for two reasons. First it's easy as usual and second prepared it on my new cast iron tawa. The preparation came out better than non stick pan. Madam, in the above recipe can we add whole wheat flour instead of besan for making it still healthier or it will affect nutritious value of the recipe.
So, could one call it Jaee Chilla? Sadly rolled oats are just about as rare to find as besan flour here. But I'll sneak a bag into my suitcase next time I'm in the UK. This looks lovely!
