Personally, my favorite battle theme for random encounters still has to go to Breath of Fire III. FF's "Man with a Machine Gun" also stands pretty high on the list.
For One Piece lovers this is ripping For Xenoblade Chronicles 3 lovers this is kinda a love letter But the players of this game it makes them feel like pirates
Partitio's a chad though, imagine buying a damn expensive ship and letting 4 strangers that you've spoken like 2 lines with use it as much as they want without even taking you with them.
I split my first playthrough into two groups with Partitio in the second. Imagine my shock finding out you can buy a *boat* after 70 hours in the game and 4 completed storylines.
My dad was a sailor. He hated video games, but I think he'd have enjoyed this theme at least. EDIT: RU-vid keeps hiding/deleting my replies to this thread for some reason. So I guess to answer people's questions, yes, he passed away back in November 2010. He was a sailor, but also worked as a quality assurance inspector at NASA (Goddard Space-Flight Center)--and without having finished college, no less. Whether it was a sea of water or a sea of stars, he just liked the sea. I inherited an interest in both sailing and astronomy thanks to him.
@@HannahCatz Yeah, he passed away back in November 2010 at the age of 54--quite young. Things went downhill pretty quickly in his life, and...well. You can probably guess what the end result was. But the thing is, he was never really part of my life--my mother divorced him shortly after I was born, and he moved to the other side of the US. I got to see him maybe twice a year at the most, so I basically grew up with no father in my life. Which is most likely why he and I often clashed on things when we spent time together--and why he continued to treat me like a kid even after I became an adult. I can't really badmouth him, though--a lot of his issues, including struggles with depression and alcoholism, came from his side of the family, and he was raised to believe certain things...you know how it goes. He actually worked for NASA as a quality assurance inspected at Goddard Space Flight Center for the Hubble missions from 1997-2007, and I inherited the awards, plaques and other commendation material he got for his service. And, by the way, he was working this job without ever actually finishing college, although those were very different times. He was at home both on the literal sea and in the sea of stars, even though he wasn't an astronaut. That's probably why I also have an interest in sailing and astronomy, both.
