You could tell Hunter and Shawn weren't on speaking terms at the time, as he always says Shawn is "hands down, his favorite person to work with". Just goes to show you what a difference time and forgiveness can make.
Regardless of politics, regardless of who his wife is, regardless of anything naysayers may say/have ever said about HHH(whether "none of it is true", "some of it" is true or even if "a lot of it is true"), nobody can deny that Hunter has always been a student of this industry forever, it's been his first love since Day 1.......He lives, breathes, eats, bleeds, sweats WWE...........and he has TOTALLY & THOROUGHLY DESERVEDLY climbed to the top of the business in EACH & EVERY aspect of it one could name.
And he wished Chyna all the best despite her talking trash on him and telling only her side of the story without giving him the benefit of telling his side of the story. We've heard Chyna's side of the story, and a lot of it, but only a little bit of his side of the story.

Jericho talks about this in his book and makes it seem like Trips 'buried' him, but he clearly said "Chris will get it. It's there". Not sure why he was offended by him saying he was just a notch below the top tier, which was actually true. Trips, Taker, Rock, Austin at the time = top tier. Jericho was always entertaining, but not on that level of stardom.
I think the issue Jericho had was HHH saying this a few days before their WM18 match. Saying Jericho isn't there in terms of being top-tier isn't the best way to make an opponent and world champ look like a threat.
Jericho for sure wasn't on the same level of stardom as Triple H not at that time but today Triple H can't even touch Jericho's level of whos the bigger star now
Jericho didn't need Austin or rock to put him over to be established. Everybody knew since his excellent WCW run he was a star in the making. HHH had to deal with Austin going over him, Rock going over him, Foley going over him...he wanted to keep a pecking order and unfortunately for Jericho it meant no seal of approval at a time we needed something different.
What's cool about Hunter is the relationship he has with his father-in-law; he said in an interview that he told Vince if it came down to himself, Vince, or the business, Hunter would leave the business because he wouldn't want to damage the relationship he has with his father-in-law. You're a good man, Triple H.
Lawyers don't work hundreds of days, face constant scrutiny, and on their time off take time out of their days to sign autographs, do interviews, etc. Lawyers don't put their body on the line, lawyers don't get injured every week, etc., etc.

Does he still have wrestlers on OTR? They used to have pro wrestling on a local sports radio and it is interesting because it is a sport in respects of athletics and viewership.

To add to "MrHallofFameHBK1" wrestlers make millions of $ a year, more than college graduate lawyers because wrestlers are entertainers/performers.They sell an experience to the audience/crowd that IS the product.A wrestling match and a wrestler portraying their character is the marketing and promoting of their character to fans so that fans can relate to that character and be persuaded to buy merchandise. Without the sale of merchandise the WWE would only make money by selling tickets and PPV.

He was ambushed with that clip of Chyna, but he kept his composure. He was there. Chyna was there. You were not there. You can't know how it was between them. And it's true that the business is tough on relationships. He knows better than you. He doesn't suck. He is the same *wrestler* that he was before he met Stephanie. For the same reason actors, athletes, baseball/basketball/whatever players get paid millions. Cuz the tickets and merchandise make money and they can afford to pay the performers and give them incentive to keep doing what they do.
It doesn't cost a lot of money to watch wrestling or go to a live show. They get paid what they get paid because the risk of them getting injured and not being able to work anymore is very high. They need that money to be able to support themselves and their families for the rest of their lives in case they can't wrestle anymore. Lawyers overcharge for everything they do. But to watch wrestling, the cost is minuscule in comparison.
Test would have been as big as triple h but didn't get the heavyweight push, he did hold every other wwe belt including the now dead hardcore and European belts. Guess Steph thought her new man is better

A lot of wrestlers don't actually get paid as much as you think...e.g mid carders aren't on millions or even half of that, and the money they do gets taxed and they will be spending their money on the same things we do like tax, insurance and all that other bullshit but they also spend loads on hotels rental cars and things like that so they end up about £30,000 a year... So when you see what they do to their body's day in day out the money they get is stupid. Said so by wwe talent
