Ive bought a 13 plate street triple r. Over the moon with it. little animal, sounds great and wants to go mad all the time. Got a Tiger 800 XRT too on a 18 plate, fantastic tourer 😀

You couldn’t add much more to perfect the dream garage! I’ve always said I want my Striple, an Adventure Bike (Tiger or GS) and a Full sports bike (S1000rr or 600 track bike maybe), there’s a tool for every job. My wife however doesn’t agree 😂

Another great vid but way too hard on the RR, I reckon. Personally I like it and can no longer see any point in the RS. That said, I'm off for a test ride on the RS on Monday morning 😈

I think it would have been better if they did a Speed Triple S with softer, road bias suspension and then did the Speed Triple RS with the fancy electronic suspension, I'm not a fan of the looks of the RR and the current RS is too track focussed for me, even though I'd take it on track, it is a naked bike, and road manners are what is required with them. The old 1050 Speed Triple S was a stonking motorcycle!

What's the reliability of your 675 been like? heard they can have electrical gremlins

No issues at all so far mate, it's been a really reliable bike. The earlier editions had reg-rec issues but they sorted it on the 13 plate onwards. I couldn't be happier with mine but then again I'm biased.

@@Jake-si9ih Also I've put about 10k miles on mine over 2 years with no issues, toured Wales over 4 days and 1000 odd miles, didn't skip a beat. Don't worry about the reg-rec issues if you're looking at an older bike also. Either make sure it's been done or be prepared to do it yourself and get a discount when buying one. If you're thinking about a Street triple, it will be the best decision you'll ever make!
