We we all know (or least, @everyone should know), the key to Star Trek Fleet Command is the officers. Yes, having a Tier 9 Kumari is cool and all, but if you're still putting Javaid as captain odds are you're not doing that well in PVP. At least, not as well as you could be. Getting the officers required to be better is really difficult. This video hopefully gives you some helpful tips to get those officers faster without always having to pray to RNGesus.
